Wife & I ordered take out from Wendy’s tonight. The people working there were just rude. The have no idea what customer service is about. Fries were cold when we got them.

If I could give this place a negative 5 i would. Horrible customer service. All the drive through employees have attitudes. They look at you with stupid expressions. It is the absolute worse. I’d rather go across town. I work in customer service so I get it, but, REALLY?!

This Wendy’s is ran by a lot of young people appearing to be under 18. This Wendy’s is closest to my house and the last ¾ times I have been here there’s been at least one or two things WRONG every time. A lot of improvements are needed.

Fast, friendly customer service. Was in the drive-thru for about 60 seconds. Food was fresh and as good as a Wendys can be. I will be returning. Better than any of the other locations around this area.

COOLVIBE! I know it’s a Wendy’s but it has a really cool vibe. I don’t usually visit Wendy’s so I don’t know if this is standard or not but I liked it. The lights were low, the place had a nice carpeted floor with cushioned seating. In the background was the soothing sounds of Motown and old school light rock. It was great. This the place that I would come to if I wanted to get out of my house to get a little paperwork done. There were just a couple of people in the restaurant so throughout my visit, it was quiet enough to get some work done. I came to this restaurant ‘the back way” from Home Depot so I had to climb a nice hill in the noon day sun. By the time, I arrived, I only had a desire for a chocolate frosty. It was cold, refreshing and hit the spot. However, the highlight of my visit will be just sitting, chilling and enjoying the music. The«go to» spot for respite!

Beware of getting food well past its hold time at this location. This occurs every time I come here. This time I ordered the ultimate grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken was hardened by time under the heat lamp. When I requested a fresh one, I was told it would take 6 min to prepare. I’d rather wait than eat bad food. They came back with a fresh sandwich 2 min later. Chicken still looked old but microwaved it until it was so hot it melted through the bun. They never apologize for this which tells me this is their standard practice as I have come to expect. This is all my fault since I come here expecting a different result.

Poor quality service and food is equally poor in quality. My debit card was handed back to me folded in the bag. We sat for some time waiting for them to give me my card back only to discover it sitting in my lap. They also didn’t give me a receipt and now we are having trouble giving feedback on the Wendy’s website. Dave Thomas would not be pleased.

Been going here for almost 8 years but in the past 2 months has gone so far downhill I don’t know if I’ll return drive though attendant is rude and the times are slow. Plus when did you bring back the five piece nugget. Where’s my sauce? I repeat the order four times and you still get it wrong. I’m checking the order and no sauce burger missing and your telling me it’s all there.

One of the dirtiest dining rooms I’ve ever seen in a Wendy’s. We were in after the much rush so a bit of untidy is excusable but this goes way beyond that.

This particular Wendy’s is right across from my subdivision, so it is convenient. Over the last year, I have given them numerous opportunities to better their service, and numerous times they have failed. Tonight(which will be my last visit), I decided to clock my experience in the drive thru based on my prior experience here. When I arrived, there were 5 cars in front of me. From the time I arrived(9:06 pm), it took over 22 minutes(9:29) until I pulled out with my food. Seriously? I counted at least 4 employees inside and only 1 customer at the inside counter. I am pretty sure I could go in there and cook all 5 car’s worth of food in almost 25 minutes by myself… and I know very little about fast food service. All I know is that this Wendy’s should post a sign outside that says«Wendy’s Slow Food», because there is nothing fast about it. I have experienced this same slow service several times over the last year, in addition to unfriendliness by the employees(this time was no different… no apology for the wait, no smile, no nothing), and I have also gotten orders missing items I ordered on 2 separate occasions. This will be my last visit to this Wendy’s. The manager of this place is obviously inept at training employees in proper food service.

I haven’t had a Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich in forever! It was really good today! I just ran through the drive thru to grab lunch to take back to the office. The reason I only have 3 stars is because the drive thru attendant wad very short and almost ride and she seems to be like that every time I go!

I have enjoyed this Wendy’s location for over 9 years both for food quality and friendly staff. But, it is clear that things have changed. While the food was good, the service was horrible. Charmaine in particular was passively rude, just enough to make your experience unpleasant without being overt in her rudeness. She doesn’t greet you. She doesn’t wait for your entire party to order. She doesn’t listen to your order. She is curt with her responses to questions. And, very rude to children. She also gathers her fellow co-workers to talk about the guests in the dining room. She is a detriment to the establishment. We will not be returning to this location as long as she is in their employment.

This is the closest Wendy’s to my house so I have been to this location far more times that I can count over the years. Overall I am satisfied with this location and the food that comes out of it. It’s one of the few fast food locations of its kind in the area that I don’t mind eating in because it is clean and it’s never crowded. The employees are always friendly and I can’t recall any times they may have messed up an order or had me wait longer than needed.

I was never a fan of Wendy’s burgers until recently. For whatever reason, my son loves them so I decided to give the burgers a try after a long time of getting my usual spicy chicken. I’m so glad I did! The buns don’t fall apart like I remember them doing. The burgers themselves seem much less greasy. And whatever sauce they put on it is really tasty(some kind of orange sauce). Lettuce is very fresh and crispy, not wilted, tomatoes very juicy, onion fresh. The new«W» — a double burger a little smaller than the standard Double — is a great value, too. I’ve found a new«usual» for myself — great job, Wendy’s.
