This establishment has the worst management I’ve ever
took 20 mins to get out order, if we had the time to take 20 minutes we would have sat down at a good quality resteraunt. Unprepared and low employee moral.

Shout out to Bionca and her crew who always keep the sliders hot and fresh.
Stop in for a break from the 5:00pm crunch to share a sackful with a friend.

This location always forgets something on my order every time I visit, and the wait is always much longer than it should be when no one is even in the drive through.

Dined in at 10:30 at night, and there was 2 other customers, one of which was eating. We ordered and it took a good 15 minutes to get all of our food. It’s a peeve of mine when part of my order is missing. I found that the burgers were lukewarm and the chili cheese fries that came 10 minutes later, was also lukewarm. Cheese was not melted. Not only that but being that there was only 3 customers in this huge establishment, it was noisy as a hen house. The lady behind the counter was very obnoxious and loud. Not a place to eat in peace. Not only that, she came from behind the counter and filled her cup with ice and soda. Very unprofessional. I’m gonna do drive thru, next time and request my food be hot. Other than that the apple turnover was delish.

I must say, the staff here in the morning is on point. Consistent quality every time and good service too. The owner owes that staff a percentage because I, for one, was not a Krystal fan. I still can’t speak on the lunch menu being that it’s been years since I’ve been to Krystal’s and had mostly bad experiences (not this location). Now that I’ve had their breakfast, they’ve won me over.

I always have trouble writing reviews for chains. This Krystal came with so many glowing reviews I had to go. I’ve had WhiteCastle before, and this ain’t it. The burgers were soggy, cheese had run off into the box holders and general taste was like eating a pre-​packaged slider from a truck stop that had been sitting on the shelf too long then microwaved. Yuck! However, this review is not about the food per se as you either like the Krystal or you don’t. The place is run down and in bad need of a spruce up. The location is not easy to get in and out of and if they were busy during the lunch rush the parking lot would be a nightmare. The tea was good but, their unsweet tea was in a 1 gallon container, the kind you might have used as a kid to make Kool-​Aid then when it got old used to play in the creek with however, this one looks like it had been used for far too many years past it’s shelf life, not to mention it leaked down the side as you poured. For reference I had the #4 5 sliders and chili cheese fries. My stomach currently feels like it might need to vacate its contents…

Staff is nice and hospitable, food is standard for a krystal which means it’s already great. Always good prices and the only gripe I’d have is the location itself but it isn’t unmanageable.

Great location, this is my favorite fast food burger. The service was great at this the location clean and plenty of indoor seating. My personal favorite is the Cheese Krystal and chili cheese fries.

Having not had a real White Castle in over 10 years, gorging myself on 4 double meat Krystal burgers nearly brought me to tears. I can barely walk, and will give birth shortly after writing this review, but hey — it was worth every gut busting bite!

What can I say, if you want a great gut grenade and you don’t care about the calories, then you should enjoy a Krystal’s meal deal. I saw on the sign outside saying 12 Krystals 2 fries & 2 drinks $ 9.99, you can’t beat that. Although you may put yourself in food coma. Lastly, it’s fast, it’s greasy, it’s fun and not suppossed to be healthy.

They are the closest thing to White Castle that I know of — and I love White Castles!

This is a pretty average Krystal. Nothing too special about it, but while I was waiting in the drive thru for my order around midnight cops swarmed the place. I still have no idea what that was all about.
Otherwise, great service and friendly employees!

Came here late at night not expecting much as far as service, but it was excellent and the food was greasy goodness you come to Krystal at these hours for! Great location if you are headed north from Buckhead! Kudos to the staff!

Chicken sandwich didn’t go but the cheeseburgers melt in your mouth, fast slightly friendly service but not really 2 stars down from 3 because of service.

sometimes i just want krystal. i try not to make it a habit but i have these occasional cravings for that delicious little chick. usually after a long night of drinking… but these little guys really hit the spot.

We’ve all heard the horror stories. Since I’m traveling, a coworker asked me «so what did you have for dinner last night?» I said «Well since I was in the south, I had to get some Krystal Burger before I left» and they just started laughing. He then proceeded to tell me a story about eating 8 Krystals on a customer site and it was «Like a demon came up outside me». Hell, I remember being on road trips with my parents as a kid and my dad calling them «belly bombers» and then finding out he was right… the hard way. Some gas station restrooms you just shouldnt have to experience.
But this place is amazing. amazing enough to torture yourself because you enjoy it so much. Just stick with the regular burgers, forget they even have a chicken sandwich. get the meal with 4 and some fries and you’re set. It’s the ultimate road food, or stoner food. whichever comes first.
and to the previous Unilocaler… Hell yeah you have to smoke to love crystal. It’s like sex, gotta have one afterward to seal the deal.

Once a year, I mistreat my colon by heading out here. I just can’t resist the soggy burgers at this joint. Good service.

I’m back in the south – and the warden says I get to hit the K twice a year.
HOLY COW it’s good. Yes, I felt totally awful immediately. Yes my GI tract suffered, and my pants felt tighter. But OMG If I’m ever Dead Woman Walking – this is my meal.
Krystal can I be a franchiser?
