I’ve used in Aarons in the past and have experienced great service at other locations. Not this location though. They are extremely rude to customers. Not at all professional. They lie about delivery times. They call every other day asking for a payment although it’s days away from being due I could understand if the payment was past due as I realize that’s part of their job however that wasn’t the case with myself. Never again will I deal with this Aarons. Thank god we have rent-​a-​center.

Worst customer service. Lisa was fighting with employee while I was standing there waiting for my order. Than while I was leaving no thank you no goodbye greeting definitely will not be going back

Aaron’s Rental Furniture used to be the most convenient way to get the latest and greatest in electronics and furniture without having to pay so much out of pocket up front. Customer service seems to be improving.
