I highly recommend this company. They came out and looked at my AC that was no longer blowing cold. I had called another company that came out. The other company mis diagnosed the issue and charged me to fix something that was not the problem. Absolute Zero came out and tried one option to fix it that would be less expensive. That didn’t work and they didn’t charge me for that. They game me a quote up front for replace my whole unit. They were at my place when they said they would be. They communicated clearly and did what they said they would for the price they quoted. Today I turned on my heater for the first time of the season and noticed that it was not blowing heat. I contacted them and asked if maybe they did not connect the heater whenever they replaced my unit. They were very flexible and came out at time that was convenient for me. They looked at the heater and said that it had nothing to do with what they did but went ahead and cleaned off some corrosion on a sensor in my heating unit. They did this at no charge and my heater started right up. Great company. Great customer service. No price gouging!

Great service, and honest workers. Absolute zero will get the job done as soon as possible with competitive prices compared to the big company’s.

I’m a realtor, and had Absolute Zero sent out by my warranty company when my AC broke. Not only was the technician responsive he was fast and ran across town to get the parts necessary to complete my repair so that I could have AC the same day. Five stars! Thank you so much!

Our A/C stopped working yesterday. We called our home warranty company last night. They gave us a claim number and contact info for Absolute Zero. They said we’d hear from them in the morning. My husband, being experienced at this, didn’t wait for the HW folks to get around to calling A.Z., and he called them himself first thing this morning. Of course the warranty company had not called them yet, but they said they’d be over as soon as they finished another call they were on. They called and arrived just after noon and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in within an hour. During that time they took the time to explain what they were doing, how my unit worked, why it didn’t work as well as it we want it to(the builder undersized the unit for the home and the contractor did a kludged job of installing it) and explained to me what our options are for upgrading when we can. They have it back in the game, and doing its very best. They said it’s in good shape and will last. I’ve lived in Austin for 17 years and as a former real estate agent, I have worked with lots of HVAC teams for myself and my clients. This HVAC expert(Robert is the owner/operator’s name) just moved to the top of my list.
