Trusted is a great name for this company! James Poole is very honest and trustworthy. When my furnace went out very recently I was certain that I would be facing a very costly replacement. James swapped out a fuse and found the faulty wiring at the thermostat that had caused the issue. We were back up and running right away. When it is time to replace this unit, I will most certainly be calling on James Poole.
