They may be good at unlocking(they didn’t keep me long enough to find out!) but the customer service I received when I was panicked and locked out of my car in a shopping center was less than desired. I asked how much it would cost and the man said someone would call back in maybe 30 minutes with a quote, and if that wasn’t quick enough I should try my luck with someone else and see if anyone else would help on a Sunday. It was not kind sounding or reassuring in the least to wait 30 minutes to see if the quote was reasonable! So I DID call another business(safeguard in Georgetown) and not only were they kind, but they instantly gave me a reasonable quote($ 74) to drive all the way to me 30 minutes from them, they arrived in exactly 30 minutes, opened it in 1 minute and didn’t charge any extra for coming on a weekend. Super nice person too. If I was you, I would try someone else first other than this biz.

It was a nice Saturday as my husband and I were putting our groceries in the trunk at HEB. I go to put the cart away, and on my way back to the car my husband asks me if I have the keys. Nope… *insert moment of panic* We realize that he set them in the trunk while putting groceries away, and closed it without unlocking the doors. Lovely. After calling 4 other locksmith businesses that I found on Unilocal with not a single answer, I came across this place. Not going to lie, the other reviews are TOTALLY sketch-meh-getch, but mine is here to save the day. The man on the phone tells me he will have someone out in 15 – 30 minutes. Awesome, maybe my Twix ice cream will survive this ordeal! He takes down my info and 20 minutes later another man calls me to tell me he is 5 – 10 minutes away. 10 minutes later we see the easily identifiable white van pull into the parking lot and he has us fill out some quick paperwork. He allows us to sit in the van where it is air conditioned while he takes literally two minutes to unlock the car with no damage done. He lets us know that our insurance should cover a lock-out once a year so we should file, which is good to know! The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because we paid $ 98 for the service($ 15 for the service call– understandable, $ 75 for the labor– ouch, and sales tax). Overall, I would totally call these guys again, but I’m just going to hope my husband double checks that he has the keys from now on instead! :)
