I stopped using Big Tex because they left workmanship problems behind even though they did get my A/C running well last year. For example, they replaced a failed capacitor by using two smaller capacitors, linking them together and taping them with electricians tape and placing this little package into the packing box and placing said cardboard box into my unit. using the cardboard as an insulator. There were other issues, but this was the worst one.
