I hired Mr. Sullivan to perform multiple inspections (during framing, before closing) on a house under construction and was very happy with his diligence, attention to detail, and his excellent insight. He caught major quality issues during and after construction and I was able to use his report (with clear pictures of defects) as leverage with the builder to get them to fix these issues before closing; some of the defects he found were so serious that I was willing to walk away from my deposit. His prices are very reasonable and he doesn’t watch the clock during his inspection, ensuring that his entire attention is focused on helping you build/​buy a quality house.

We recently moved to a new home and hired Final Inspexion, Inc. to look the place over. James, the owner, actually did the work himself. He was more thorough than I’ve ever seen and we’ve bought a few houses before. He took his time and looked at all the details, plus he taught us how to use the fireplace and fancy thermostats. He found an issue with the furnace and we were able to have the sellers fix it before we moved in. I would recommend James to anyone, he was great and I couldn’t be happier with his services.
