Great customer service, very friendly! We went through the drive-thru and couldn’t help but notice how pleasant they were. Food was great as usual, service was quick. But customer service and upbeat attitude was outstanding and not something you ever get at other fast food restaurants.

Pretty good, but nothing special. Menu is just burgers and fries… Been there, done that. I’m good…

I really like their burgers. Not a big fan of the texture of their fries but I love having it animal style. They cater to different food restrictions. I can’t have bread due to allergies and I can get my burger protein style. I have a vegetarian friend that can have the grilled cheese. This location though, is pretty slow. We went on a Monday night. There was maybe about 3 families there but it took a long time for us to get our food for 2 people. I’ve gotten our same order faster at a location that was so packed we were struggling to find a place to sit. The staff though was extremely nice and came around to pick up our trash and offer to get anything we needed. Gave three stars only for the amount of time it took to receive our food

Get your fries well done… You’ll thank me. The menu is short– but you don’t need a bunch of products when what you do is done right. A 3×3 with grilled onions is amazing. Google secret menu items… Animal fries and a grill cheese await.

If you’re looking for a delicious and classic burger — none of the«fluff» or price of the nearby«gourmet» places — this is the spot for you! We’ve never had a bad experience here. If Josh is at the counter, you’re going to get great service — although everyone here is very friendly. It’s always clean and yeah, you may have to wait a few minutes for your burger, but it’s ALWAYS fresh! Hits the spot every time!

Nope. I’ve heard so much about this place… I thought, «SURELY, it must be different than the normal fast food garbage I won’t touch…» Nope.

Is it the presentation of the food? Is it the melted cheese that goops? Is it the crispy lettuce? Is it the animal style flavors that take over the taste buds? Maybe it’s the way the place is clean despite having lots of guests. Which ever reason I come here I am always satisfied. It’s more than a lunch it’s an experience. Only a foodie would understand.

I had to wait 20 min for two burgers and fries. The patties on both were so burnt. I didn’t even wanna finish eating it. The sauce was all over the place. The burger just fell apart and sauce was just oozing out all over my hands! it was just a GIANT mess! I tried the fries and they were like styrofoam they were hard and broke with a snap. No salt on most of them. While some were Outrageously over salted. It was just all around a gross meal. What a waste of money!

Yes I’m from Texas and yes I prefer In-N-Out over the bland burgers at Whataburger. Now that that’s off my chest, the burgers here are great and always fresh. Their prices are affordable, my hubby loves the pink lemonade and their hours allow you to cure a late night burger craving. Our only complaint here is the line.(And, that applies to every location.) Regardless of if there are 2 or 10 people in front of you, expect a longer than usual wait. I actually prefer going in if I have the time because you will get your food in half the time.

I love In-N-Out! Some of the haters can hate but I love this place! Everything is always fresh and satisfying. My favorite burger is their protein style burger with the lettuce as the bun! Their fries never disappoint either :)

This is the Best Burger I have ever had, and the prices are unbeatable the fries are fresh cut and the burgers are fresh too! I ordered my fries #AnimalStyle with extra sauce cheese and grilled onions. The service at this location was also very fast and the staff was super friendly! I wish they had one of these in Houston but to anyone in or around Austin I would highly recommend checking them out!

Our first time at an In and Out. Will most likely be our last. Not impressed. This particular establishment is clean; has attentive, courteous staff, and the general ambiance is pleasing. The food, however, left a bit to be desired. The burger patties are very small in diameter; and thin. A hearty one or two slices of tomato and pile of lettuce, as well as large round of onion, give the illusion that the burger is of acceptable size. It’s just not. The fries were a disappointment as well. Very bland. And Luke warm. Little flavor. Not much bite. Kinda tasted like they had been sitting around. We are here at 1:30pm on a Thursday. Considering the menu here consists ONLY of burgers and fries, you’d think the product would be outstanding. It’s just not In and Out… we’re out for good.

I am a huge fan of In-N-Out from previous visits in California. I took my fiancée here for the first time last week as we just moved to TX from NYC and she had heard me go on and on about how good this place is. Man, was she disappointed, we both were. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 fries animal style. Now granted we didn’t eat in which always tastes better but we only live 5 minutes away. When we got home the fries were freezing cold — you’re not telling me that happened in 5 mins, they were clearly cold when we picked them up. They also tasted like cardboard. The burgers were happily still warm and were OK but didn’t have much sauce in them. I know just how amazing In-N-Out can be so I am hoping this was just a one off bad meal and not representative of this store overall, otherwise I’ll have to go into Austin to get my fix at one of the other stores.

Pretty consistent good service. I love In-N-Out because they do protein style(I don’t have to have a five minute conversation with someone explaining that I do not want a bun) and they use actual ice cream for their shakes instead of gross powder. There is always a long line through the drive through but they get you through pretty quick.

Was planning to take a pic before I ate it all … but… These are undoubtedly the best burgers to eat. I told my boss who travelled to TX with me today to try a double-double at this Austin joint. He just ordered No. 2 which is cheese burger with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and the secret sauce. Kudos to you guys. I am flying back to NY with 2 boxes of double-double. That’s 10 per box!

Somewhat surprised by the bad reviews but understandable because In N Out is such a new concept out here. They have a wonderful operation out west because they have been around for a while. Once the place stabilizes, the experiences will be better. I’ve lived in California for several years and this place wasn’t bad at all considering the newness of it. It’s very fresh ingredients for a very fair price. I do feel they opened up too quickly because similarly to other newer concepts, they need to get their stuff together before the door opens. There are a couple of decent burgers out here in Austin but this one is really good, too.

Hi old friend. Having grown up in southern cal its nice to see this classic franchise come to Texas. They keep a simple menu, have a secret menu, and only do what they do well. If your looking for a gourmet burger this isn’t your place, but if you want a good burger and great fries at a reasonable budget friendly price this is your place. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and take care with the dining room unlike those big chains that couldn’t clean their tables.

I love in n out burger, but the service time at this location is ridiculously slow. I don’t know if they are short staffed, but I timed the drive thru once from the time I placed my order and it was approx 9 minutes which for me is way too long for drive thru service especially when it is not peak time and there are no cars in front of you.

Unilocal Family what’s upper? This review is overdue as most of mine are but here goes. I visited this establishment in January 2014. I’m hungry and it’s after 2 pm so I figured hey why not. I mean a couple co-workers and a few people I deal with outside my job said hey«it’s good food». Note people when folks say«hey it’s good food» just like the tumbling in the dryer let that thought roll around. I go through the drive thru and place my order. If I recall my meal was around $ 8 and change. I found a space in the heb parking lot and get ready to chow down. I can still recall back in high school not yet 20 years ago me eating chocolate covered bugs in science class. Oh wait what does that have to do with In and Out burger. You see that taste then is better than the hot garbage I attempted to force down my gullet. I won’t lie to you people I’ve not eaten mickey d’s since I got food poisoning there back in 2009(completely boycott the chain). This place made me actually want to go back on my word and eat there. Greasy burger and the patty texture was(pardon me here while I loose the breakfast I’ve not eaten yet) gross. The fries tasted like cardboard and not just any cardboard. If you’ve ever had something in the freezer wrapped in cardboard and it gets that old cardboard stench well that’s how their fries tasted to me. Verdict in this case… death to my taste buds by way of bad California inspired restaurants. Go west with this gruel people and I mean as far west from TX as possible. Just because it’s cheap and the staff wear goofy outfits doesn’t mean it’s a good eatery. Try it if you will but at risking your relationship with your stomach and mouth. Never again for me!

LOVELOVELOVE this place! My husband & I make an In N Out stop at least once a week. Just to be clear, these are NOT gourmet burgers. With that said, In N Out definitely does a burger fresh & delicious. Check out their Not So Secret Menu to truly experience In N Out: My top rec? Well done fries topped w/cheese. Do it. Now. You won’t regret it.
