PhoNatic has gone through many changes since first launching few years back. However, I can’t say the changes have been for the better. In fact, I have to say all changes have been for the worse. Cost has gone up and portions have decreased. Menu is smaller, therefore less options and flexibility to customize. Since I live nearby, I only come here when I have to… I prefer Phở Dan as they are better.

It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t special. I didn’t feel like the broth was that flavorful compared to other locally owned phở places I’ve been to. The place was cute, clean and the food was fresh. I’ll try it again but order something different next time.

A good option for fast-food style Vietnamese, my chicken Phở was tasty after adding a ton of the provided limes and cilantro, and we also enjoyed the Bahn Mi sliders. We’ll be back… the spring rolls 2 tables over are already calling my name.

I was so unsure about coming here since it’s a chain. Wow, I will never doubt a chain until I try it. This is a pretty new location with lots of choices to eat at but sometimes it’s a Phở’ day. You order your food at the counter and you pretty much stand there for a few minutes debating what you want to try. I went with the norm of a Phở’ Tai. I’ll try other items later. The place was clean and there’s low and high tables to choose from, sorry no TV so you have to talk, if you can between slurps. Our Phở’ was out within 5 minutes. The broth is not strong for me it is just right and if you need to add any fixin’ you can do that too. The portion is good and they give you a good amount of protein. I came back a few weeks later and tried their Banh Mi Sliders… it was so good! I shared it with my husband since I order Phở’ too and I was becoming full by the time I at the Banh Mi. I had the Chicken Phở’ this since I had some congestion and it was good for my soul. The chicken wasn’t dry and I got a lot of chicken. Next time, I will try the Oxtail Phở’…what? Yes Oxtail!

I really do like Phonatic, but as a whole this company seriously needs to pick a menu and stick with it. I’ve been to several of their locations and while the food is consistent, it seems like they make slight menu changes multiple times a year. And, I’m very disappointed that they replaced the cane sugar sodas with coca cola…

One of the employees did not care about us waiting at the register counter, cause we were missing something. And the broth is really greasy.): the meat proportions are awesome. We did not even get a receipt or offered one. Customer service, needs improvement. Saw some people coming in to eat late, when there about to closed and they seem upset they wanted to dine in .They even said«yeah we’re about to close» The restaurant is really cute and awesome, cool drink selection. Everything was good besides the broth and the customer service! Blah .-. Will try again hopefully I will get better welcome in there next time.

We love Phở so we decided to check this place out. I have been once and it was ok but this time, it just… wasn’t. The broth is flavorless, employees are less than friendly. I’d much rather hit up King Noodle.

I had high hopes for this place but sadly I won’t be back. The service was good but the food was pretty average at best.

The phở here is pretty good. It is fresh, great taste to the broth and they give you a generous portion. We also ordered the spring rolls which were ok, not spectacular. The spring roll sauce was lacking in flavor. But overall Phở here was great and we will be back for more!

3.5 stars of all the Phở places I’ve been to, I’d rank this in the middle. We both ordered the filet mignon. The broth was good but I added a lot of chili paste b/c it had no heat. was kinda on the bland side compared to phở I’ve had in chinatown. It also seemed as if we were kinda shorted on the meat overall. BUT, there is a lot more to the Phở place that I would like to try. they have platters and different dishes to try and I am super excited to come back. nothing on menu less than $ 10.00

I loved the 1st Phonatic located on W Anderson. This location is as great as the first one! I was very disappointed on Cedar Park location, but this one stands out for sure! Sure enjoyed my family time here! Keep it up! — — - We made another visit after our 5 hour Thanksgiving driving. Food is as great as last time, and the service was excellent! This phở place has become our family’s favorite. Thanks!!!

The wife and I was really surprised with the Phở at this place. My wife ordered the chicken phở and I had the brisket phở. They have little bar where you can load up on cilantro, onions, jalapenos and green onions. The place looked very Americanized, so I didn’t expect good phở. My brisket phở was really good and had plenty of meat, green onions, white onions and was flavorful. My wife also really enjoyed her chicken phở and she’s Vietnamese so he knows her phở! We will definitely be back to try the other dishes. I am wanting to try the banh mi sliders and their pork and rice plate.

Fast service, clean environment. The food was good, not great but definitely better than some Vietnamese places in town. I will try more of their dishes since they are located near my office. I may update my rating based on whether or not those are better than what I ordered originally. Prices were on par with what most vietnamese places charge for Phở and Bun.

I went for lunch today and it was my second time going there. This time I decided to try the oxtail phở. I was kinda disappointed this time around. My oxtail wasn’t fully tender and actually not fully warmed up. I had a few simi cold bites. The broth wasn’t as flavorful as my first visit either. Considering the oxtail phở was more expensive I had expected more. However the service was quick and the workers were very nice. They were also very clean inside and quick to clear off dirty tables.

Great concept for a dish that has become trendy. I didn’t stray from the reservation with all the add on options though there were many. I kept it simple with chicken & veggies. The Broth was flavorful. I found some of the veggies to be to large and no way to reduce their size for consumption. The Photo’s and the openness created by large window seating was a plus.

Everything was fresh and the restaurant looks clean. Lots of seating which is nice. Portion sizes seem on the small side in terms of the amount of meat that you get in each dish. I got chicken with rice, the wifey got a filet mignon phở and both were«light» on protein. We’ll probably be back just because it is so close to the house and the quality of the food is decent.

We’re not phở experts by anyone’s standards but we do know what we like, and we do like this place. We’ve tried phở at about 6 different places and this place exceeds every place we’ve tried so far. My wife had a kid’s wonton soup and it was very tasty. I really enjoyed a #10 washtub of filet phở, the meat was very tender and the broth had great taste… beef brothy goodness! I enjoyed a Vietnamese iced coffee and my wifey had the iced tea and shared one eggroll with me… everything was very good. I like the small condiments bar with sliced onion, pickled and fresh jalapenos and some other goodies like sliced limes… posted a few pics of the food, décor and a pic of smiling service provider.

Pretty good. Full with leftovers. Very healthy. Family of four $ 35.71. Brisket phos, chicken with vegetable phở. Men’s bathroom smelled pretty bad.

PhoNatic presents an excellent concept in Vietnamese cuisine. Fresh high quality ingredients in a clean and modern environment. The Phở is some of the best I have had outside of Saigon or Hanoi. I believe the Filet Mignon Phở is the way to go if you want beef, however the brisket and oxtail are also great. All bowls are very large portions with plenty of meat and noodle. The spring rolls are fresh, although I would prefer them a little more tightly wound so they don’t fall apart when I chomp on them! The Vietnamese iced coffee is also a great pick me up!

I really have to downgrade this place solely based off the kids meals. Burnt chicken over rice is not a kids meal.
