Did they close? Went by Saturday night and there was a note on the door saying they were closed for«repairs». Now when i call the number it says it’s disconnected?

I always have fun at The Inn Between Bar. Karaōke, Live Music, Cold Beer, a Laid Back Atmosphere. Love it.

This is a great place to go to relax and sing some karaōke. The staff is friendly and they get to know everyone very quickly. The patrons are friendly and welcoming. Its recently been remodeled, adding more room for pool, darts, and a bigger stage. Its a non-smoking establishment, which I like, but they do have small patio for smoking session.

This place is amazing. I had just lost my job. I got dumped and someone broke into my car. I had to pay with tear soaked change for my drink. I eas ready to make this night my last until I met the Nicole. Her smile and genuine concern with my well being(even though the bar was packed) made me feel like a person. She listened to my woes and even bought me a few shots! The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the prices are an amazing value. Thanks Nicole and The InnBetween staff for helping me become whole again.

My friends and I were enjoying this place on Thursday nights. The bartender was very sweet and they had an awesome KJ named Evan from Diamond Karaōke. Unfortunately, his gig suddenly got cancelled a couple of weeks ago and that means our new Thursday night ritual was cancelled too. So until his gig is reinstated, Inn Between has lost the patronage of 7 – 10 karaōke lovers on Thursday nights.

Karaōke at night with some real talent here! Smokers smoke outside now, which helps me. Bartenders are awesome! Very friendly and social bar. Nicole is the bar’s manager and she keeps the bar the positive, fun place that it is. Great place to relax and have fun!

Would love to give less than 1 star, however that’s not something this social media site allows. To begin, I was invited to this spot by one of their regulars on Saturday, February 2, 2014, for a night of karaōke and drinks. At 12:45, last call was being taken and my tab was closed out by someone other than me. After realizing that our bill was higher than it should have been and that the bartender closed out my tab with someone other than me, I wasn’t about to leave her ANY kind of decent tip. Monday morning I noticed my evening at innbetween had posted with a $ 10 tip! Now the bartenders decide how much they deserve as a tip?! I don’t think so. I called and spoke with the«manager,» Nicole, and was told that they would fix the issue and it should take about a week to work out the finances and I should be reimbursed. The week came and went, nothing! No reimbursement and no return phone calls. This bar is a piece of shit, hole in the wall with«entitled» bartenders who feel they’re too hot to trot. NEWSFLASH, you’re not! Get a real job and quit stealing money from people who you don’t deserve the money from!

I have gone back several times. I wanted this joint to work out. Wanted it to be my modern day Cheers kinda bar. No such luck. Smoking is now banned, but, still has the smokey smell. They have this ignorant«no tolerance» altercation rule. They say both parties are kicked out if an altercation happens, regardless of who is at fault. How stupid, biased, and, unfair! I went in there a couple times, recently, and nothing special. It was during happy hour, regulars were present. Stopped in one day, and, my friend(who is straight) drove over and met me there, for a third time. One of the regulars, out of the blue, starts dissing on Gay people and preaching how he had to run a Gay guy off, etc., and, that«this ain’t no Gay bar». Other patrons were chiming in like they were with the Tabernacle Choir! Well, I didn’t want to hear that shit, for obvious reason’s, so I told the pencil dick mo’fo’ to can it. He didn’t, I didn’t. BT made her pathetic little threat of kicking us out. I left simply because I am a better man, and, I have a career to protect. I went back in on a Friday night to check the scene. Same atmosphere. Not a place I want to support. If I could drop them a negative five stars, I would!

Super cool bar. Loved the atmosphere. They even had 2 bartenders to rock a full bar. However… When one goes away to sing karaōke or pour shots table side it makes for pretty bad service. As I’m typing this I’ve been waiting about 10 minutes for a drink and I’ve been sitting at the bar for about an hour and a half. People around me have been waiting the same just to cash out. Overall… Great place but the service is ‘meh’

Poor place. If someone calls you a bit*h…your told it’s your problem… by the head bartender… that’s not how you treat a first time patron… wait forever for a drink

First off, I love hole in the wall bars where no one is pretentious and everyone is just there to have a great time. If you feel the same, this is your kind of bar. Everyone is super friendly, this includes other patrons, the bartenders, and the owner. There are plenty of TV’s around that usually play whatever sporting event is on for the night(this keeps the boys entertained) while there is plenty of AWESOME karaōke and dancing going on to keep us girls entertained. The boyfriend also likes that there is a decent beer selection, not to mention that it is super convenient since we live really close! InnBetween is always a great time, and really has a lot to offer and all for really fair prices. You definitely should give this place a try!

okay… this bar is non-smoking now. I tried it out today and let me tell you– 100% better! It’s the perfect mix of old small town bar and trendy austin dive! They also have a pretty good draft beer selection(stash IPA and Alaskan White… impressive). I will definitely be returning!

Raise your hand if you love lung cancer! …cause that’s what it felt like being here. I hate saying that esp since it’s such a good bar but you can’t hide the fact that this is a smoker haven. Unfortunately I have been used to the smoke free policies in many states and I actually like the fact my clothes don’t stink at the end of the night… now you may be asking why in the world did you go to this bar in the first place?! WELL being new to the Austin area we wanted to check out a new place and found this one on Unilocal! My partner loves to sing and wanted to check out this karoake bar(coincidentally we went to a gay karaōke place when we lived in Hawaii and it was called Inbetween so it seemed fate showed us this bar… unfortunately it was all a smokescreen(no pun intended, or actually yes it is intended lol).this bar is in a mini mart like plaza out in the boondocks of Cedar Park, there’s a few parking spaces in front of the bar with most of the spaces in the back side… I knew this place was going to be nicotinish because the back door was open and on a cold evening, all you could see was the cigarette smoke rising out… wow now THAT’S alot of smoke… the bar itself isn’t something to be dazzled about, the whole bar is one big room with a small corner for the karaōke MC and whatever singer, along with a small dance floor in front for the drunks who wanted to boogie, the bar is pretty spacious with perimitere seating. Why 3 stars instead of 2 or 1? Well I gotta hand it to InnBetween for having the NICEST people around… our bartender lady was really friendly and the random patrons we have some conversation with were entertaining as well so I do give them PLUS points for the people there… unfortunately I do knock it down a bit because of the smoking… if you’re allergic to smoke or asthmatic or have underlying respiratory problems don’t even think about going in here but if you’re a smoker or can handle smoke in the air, then this is probably your kinda bar… luckily my eyes and my lungs survived the night but I think it will be awhile until I return. thanks for the lovely evening though Inn Between!

I am new the the Austin night life and wanted to try to find a place close to home to try out. As soon as you walk into the place you are slapped in the face with smoke. Everyone seemed genuinely nice there, but the karaōke made me feel like I was trapped in one of those ASPCA commercials with the depressing music and constant images of injured animals were being thrown into my face. The singers were AMAZING, but the song choice was so, so, so depressing. I cannot stress that enough. To top it off most of the people there were over forty. So if you smoke, are in your late thirties to mid fifties, and love to listen to great singers sing soul crushing depressing songs while you drink… this is the place for you.

This 4th of July, Jersey invited me out to a hole in the wall called InnBetween. A dive bar in Round Rock usually isn’t my scene. But there was beer, a shot of Knob Creek, and I could smoke indoors. So while I will admit there is a LOT of smoke, I was A-OK with it. Allow me to express myself through song: Been spending Fourth of July, Drinking in a smoker’s paradise. Met Jersey once or twice, Drinking in a smoker’s paradise. Heard karaōke live, Drinking in a smoker’s paradise. Skipped beer pong on the side, Drinking in a smoker’s paradise. Tell me why are we – so blind to see That the ones who rock — are her and me? Been spending Fourth of July, Drinking in a smoker’s paradise. Shot whiskey on the fly, Drinking in a smoker’s paradise. I noticed one cute guy, Drinking in a smoker’s paradise. Had fun, I can’t deny, Drinking in a smoker’s paradise. Ahhhh, ahhhh ahhhh ahhhh, ah. Ahhhh, ahhhh ahhhh ahhhh… ah.

This is an okay neighborhood bar. There is karaōke there. There is a TON of smoke there. I wouldn’t mind going for the karaōke occasionally with the girls… but the smoke is enough to keep us away. I think that the big draw here is that you can smoke(unlike in Austin and Round Rock).

The staff is friendly but the bar is extremely smokey(I think I was the only one in the place not smoking on the 2 occasions I was there). But a word of caution(and why I will never go back), my husband was there for about 2 hours after a really bad day and he and a friend got very drunk(this was confirmed by the staff), luckily I picked him up but his friend drove home(I was not aware he was driving or would have offered him a ride). The problem is that my husband’s bill was $ 90(he was drunk enough that the bartender and other patrons were able to get him to buy drinks for them also. I wasn’t even aware that the bartenders are allowed to drink while they work?) and then accepted a $ 90 tip(do the math.100% tip) from a guy who could barely stand up. My husband didn’t get a copy of the receipt and had no memory of this the next day, I found it by looking at my online account and saw $ 180 bill. My husband & I know he shouldn’t have got that drunk… but If I were a waitress/bartender, I would know in my heart that even a sober person would never leave and 100% tip(unless you were rich but then you would never step foot in a place like the INNBetween) and wouldn’t be buying everyone drinks. I could personally never feel good about accepting that kind of tip or taking advantage of a person like that. **NEVERRUN A TAB*** YOUWILL be taken advantage of!

Decided to drop by one day on my way home Saturday night. It was a small cute little place and everyone there seemed that they were having a good time. There was karaōke going on and its always fun to watch that. They close at 1am so I only had time for one drink.

This is my neighborhood bar. Perfect little dive bar with all the usual regulars. The bartenders are always nice which is a plus, but the place can get a little smoky. They have Karaōke most nights which can get a little annoying.
