McDonald’s

The worst of several sub standard McDonald’s in the area. Slow. Took more than 10 minutes to get a happy meal. Dirty. I wouldn’t let my kids play on the play area. Nobody seems to care. Ketchup empty. Towels in bathroom empty.

Literally the worst McDonald’s on earth. Never go here. EVER. 9 times out of 10 they mess up the order. The workers are rude and often appear to be on some type of substance.
This is really inconvenient. I work late shifts as well as my fiancé, so when we get off around midnight we want to stop somewhere quick on the way home for food. Every time I’ve come at this time of day, there is like maybe one or two cars ahead of me and I still manage to sit in my car for AT LEAST 20 minutes. It’s midnight. Wtf are you doing in there that takes you SO long to get out a few hot and spicys with fries??? So sick of it!

Rude employees, terrible food (if they even have what you ordered), and a dirty eating area…

Either the ice cream machine is broken or they don’t have apple pies. It’s every summer:((

This lady at the counter needs to be fired talking all of the customers out of bacon when i walked in she was arguing with her manager and all the staff are joking around and swearing at each other man horrible service!

It takes a «special» kind of talent to mess up a sandwich with meat and bread only! I realize this is McDonalds but come on people.

Not a great experience this morning. Their credit card machine was down. There were flies buzzing around in the restaurant. I was the only customer sitting down but there were two dirty empty tables next to me. The bathroom trash was overflowing. They let me down today.

I love the grilled chicken — grilled wraps — n frappé’s
They McCafe specialty drinks are B1G1free between 2 – 5 weekdays
I do not care for the small burgers — but quarter pounder is good
Personally i have never found service bad here. Also — I left my cc there n next time I came through the drive through they gave it to me as they recalled i was the lady who ordered chicken wraps n smoothies
Friendly. Not sure what went wrong for some of you but — the one by Sprouts is the one I would never go to.

I used to LOVE this McDonalds. Food used to always be hot and fresh, friendly staff, etc. But recently Ive grown to loathe it.
Im guessing a whole new crew has been hired, because I dont see anyone I used to anymore. These new people who work there, ALWAYS screw up. And at first I observed they were new, I gave it time. But now it’s gotten ridiculous.
The inside:
Is filthy. Never a clean table, never a clean fountain drink area, bathrooms gross as well. Ketchup, straws, napkins, lids– always out.
At the counter and in drive thru, they act like they dont know what youre talking about. Half of them barely speak english clearly enough to be understood. I constantly have to repeat my orders. And still, EVERY TIME, they get our order WRONG. And then they act annoyed and make it hell to fix. Then they usually get it wrong AGAIN. And in general, the customer service sucks. Theyre quite rude.
They all act like bimbos. Forgetting to input the order, forgetting a receipt, mixing things up, getting confused easily… one time I watched one girl struggle to make an ice cream cone. She re-​did it SIX times before getting a manager to do it for her. The incompetence wows me! I mean, an ice cream cone?
Theyve also over charged me a few times. Giving me smaller sizes or amounts than I order. And they wont let you get anything a-​la-​carte. I just wanted 4 nuggets for my son, but apparently I cant get those anymore, even though I used to do that all the time for him.
The frappes come out warm and gross. The coffee is gritty. The smoothies are watery. Fries cold and not crispy.
Now, I dont expect greatness from any fast food place, but this is ridiculous.
We went one last time the other day, simply ordered 20 nuggets and 2 drinks. The drinks werent full and there were only 17 nuggets.
I gave them too many chances, but now Im SO done!

Ok, it’s McDonalds… I get it. I don’t expect culinary greatness. Sometimes however, when you’re rushing kids home from baseball or soccer in the evening, it’s that necessary evil fast food fix that comes to rescue. Driving through and buying some cheap fried stuff should be a relatively simple process, right?
This place just irritates that crap out of me. I’ve given them way more chances than I should have and I have come to believe the staff must really make a hobby out of getting something on your order wrong. Reading other reviews it looks like I’m not alone either. Again last night against my better judgement I stopped and picked up a combo for me and a happy meal for my son. Ordered large fries, got home to find a regular size in my bag. Checked receipt, sure enough, large fries charged appropriately. At least this time there was no mustard on my burger as I requested. Son’s happy meal, wrong as well.
The visit before (which should have been my last) resulted in me being asked to pull up and wait for them to get the order completed. Not uncommon, I have a big family and 5 combos can often cause this. So not only did I have to wait 20 min for the food and send my wife’s iced coffee back twice to get that right, but I got to home and find that my kids meals didn’t have any fries.
Now the real downer. The fries. Everyone loves some good old McDonalds fries. It’s the one guilty pleasure that we all grew up with. Fries should be simple to get right. Not for this place! The fries have consistently been a soggy cold mess. So not only do they give you the wrong size, they are undercooked as well.
Never again.

I’ve never eaten a hamburger at McDonald’s. Growing up in a strict household that had dietary restrictions, the only thing I could eat at there were the fries, milkshakes and desserts. I bring my kids here to enjoy the fries, the milkshakes and the burgers (less restrictive household). This place is recently undated and it looks really nice. The wifi is free and fast, plus the play area is great. We enjoy it a lot.

Check Your order they will get it wrong. Order Unsweet tea and you will get sweet tea. Order breakfast burritos with picante sauce and you will get breakfast burritos. Order an egg mcmuffin and you will get an egg bagel. Ask for sweet and sour sauce and it will be left out of the bag. Terrible company. Terrible food. Annoying service.

I am giving back two stars, after about 4 months I decided to try again. I went back twice and they redeemed themselves. Once in the early am for coffee (not my typical visit) and again for the evening nuggets. Both of these times I received my order at the window, in a timely manner, and received the correct order. thanks!

I know it’s ‘just a McDonalds’, but hey, I’m not picky. Fast food does the trick for me and this McD’s is indeed fast. They’re surprisingly friendly, too. I’m usually there for breakfast, using the drive through have have never had any complaints.
