15 fucking minutes for 1 sandwich with only 1 person in line ahead of me??? Then after they toasted my sandwich I waited another 5 minutes, by the time I ate the sandwich it was already fucking cold!

We went to have lunch about 12:30 and only one person was working. There was a couple people in line in front of us. Girl behind the counter was moving like there was no one there. The two people in front of us ordered hot sandwiches, she pushed them towards the veggie side. She left them there and moved on to us. After a few minutes of helping us, I told the girl to finish the other people sandwich since they were getting cold. The worker told me it was ok. The lady heard the worker say that and got mad. The worker went over and finished theirs. She came back over to finish ours. We Took our food home to eat. My son ordered bacon and chicken on his, it was so rubbery he couldn’t eat it. He could only eat a couple of bites. My sandwich I could only eat the meat since the bread was so hard and stale. I tossed the other 6 inch in the garbage. My husbands bread was stale and she put so much parm on it that was all he could taste. He didn’t finish it either. We sent $ 17 on food we had to throw away. I really wish I could give — stars. Do your self a favor and go to Firehouse Subs. We will NEVER go back to subway again.

Michelle the Manager was very rude when we had an issue with our subway. They dropped the first subway and then when we went home we see they had also mixed up our subway with another customer’s order. Don’t go to this subway. Very rude Manager and they seem very disorganized.

Been to this location a few times and nothing special but this last visit was HORRIBLE! It’s 930 pm and you don’t have meatballs, you realize you don’t close until midnight right and meatball subs are probably one of the most sold subs hints why you are out. Couldn’t you just have heated up another batch before you realized you would probably run out. Plus they don’t have sweet tea. Think I’ll just stay away from this place from now on

Worst service I’ve ever received. I walked in and was told before i order that the soda machine is broken. I was like ok. I don’t need a soda. The guy looks at me like i have inconvenienced his conversation with a friend that was sitting there talking to him. He gets my sandwich and cuts it less than six inches, whuch was obvious, and say. what do you want, but very ugly tone. So i said never mind and walked out. Horrible experience. Never again.

Used a coupon, buy one 6 inch sub and a drink, get a free 6 inch. Got two pretty decent sandwiches, two drinks and an oatmeal cookie for under 10 bucks. The bread we both picked underwhelmed us, tasted like the garlic bread was undercooked… kind of doughy. The best part was all the fresh toppings.

Great sandwich. I would not order breakfast as they import their cooked eggs from somewhere. Love the Black Forest ham. If you ask for more veggies on the sandwich they will put more on. I have never been charged extra n always find the sandwich more like a salad on a bun. Ask n thou will get more veggies. Go to palm valley store most of the time.

I have never in my entire dining experience ever blew up on a waitstaff… until Friday(11.11.113:30 pm not such a lucky day after all). It was my turn to tell the guy what I wanted to order and I did so while he was not making eye contact and he just seemed dazed. I repeated my order THREE times but he didn’t seem to get it. After he was done zoning out for a good couple of minutes, he became irritated after I corrected what he was doing. The scoundrel sneered and sarcastically said«WELL, THATSWHATYOUSAID.» excuse me? Are you high or something? After being patient with someone who was clearly no way fit of preparing a sandwich let alone standing up, you do not sneer when you get the order wrong. I don’t know if my blood sugar was way low that tolerance was out of the question but dealing with a stoner employee really isn’t my cup of tea. The usual attendant is always pleasant, though. He is always courteous and is quick on his feet. I wish I knew his name just so he gets commended unlike the stoner who I encountered 11.11.11 at 3:30 pm. Yes, I remembered to take note of the time.

Unilocal keeps posting a message for me to write a review… I guess that’s what happens when you check into a place. So here we go! As far as Subways go, I like this one. It appears clean, the staff is friendly, and it’s quick and convenient when you are short on time and hungry. One thing that annoys me about Subway’s in general is that they are skimpy on what they put on sandwiches. I wish they went a little heavier on the veggies. It’s silly when they put the smallest sprinkling of lettuce, a couple pepper slices here and there, a couple tomato slices. When it is all said and done, we usually find ourselves still hungry. On a side note, way back in the days of my senior year in high school, I took the required business class. The class was rather boring, and the teacher seemed to focus on the Subway franchise and how it got to be where it is now. Embarrassingly enough, we had to take a test all about Fred DeLuca, one of the co-founders of the place. The top scorers won a trip on a minibus an hour or so down I-95 to Milford, CT, to the Subway world headquarters to take a tour and meet the big guy. Yes, after a day spent at the Subway Headquarters, eating free subs, and shaking the hand of a billionaire, I must still feel obligated to continue eating Subway, even though there is better quality places around. It’s all about the convenience, people! And hey, I just love the Italian BMT… even though I know it’s far from healthy!
