It’s a weird thing to come into a store and the first thing you hear is a manager berating an employee. Very unprofessional! The associate at the print center was very polite and helpful. She was sadly the one being berated. Why? She was helping an old man with his job and the manager was telling her to tell him to come back later and work on other jobs instead. How rude! That manager should NOT work retail if she’s going to slam associates for attempting to help people. A very bad first impression.

I was today at this Office Depot to print my business cards, and the Assistant Manager Mabel, was very rude with me. She told me that It will take a while and that I need come back later because all the employees are designated to the floor area only. Well, the store was empty, in the print center there was only a lady before me and her job was already printing. I’m a graphic artist, and my 2 files were ready to print and she made a BIG issue about this in front of the associate, my daughter and the other customer. I will complaint about this store in the BBB and at corporate. She shouldn’t work offering customer service. I will never come back to this place! Don’t bother to go there! I just decided to buy a printer! :(

The store is usually pretty empty and the employees are friendly enough but don’t actually walk you to the section you need but instead point across the store. The print center is a bit chaotic but it’s not their fault. Too many ill prepared customers with files not yet ready to print throw a wrench in the works.

I went in for quick printing of a handful of documents. The Department Manager, Mabel, was extremely rude. I was told that requesting to print two pages on one piece of paper would take a while and I should come back. I was then told that they could not do it(weird…I thought I came to an office supply and print shop). When she attempted to prove to me that it could not be done, I showed her the print setting. She reacted by walking away and allowing the other(and nicer) assistant manager to finish the order. While waiting, I observed another customer walk out and the start/stop of three other projects with customers waiting. Overall, Office Depot has worked well for my printing needs but this store should be avoided.

Opened to 9 p. m I came here to print out some papers and it only cost me 10 cents each. The store was very organized and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I called in earlier my call went through right away. I will ALWAYS come back here to print out stuff! The most intriguing thing I saw as I was leaving were high heels which I thought were real but when I looked a bit closer it was a tape holder o. o i wish I had more time to browse but unfortunately it was 5 mins to closing. The most desirable item I want there… or need right now is a plastic drawer.

I visited here needing printing services. The team was EXTREMELY helpful. My request was a bit difficult and they printed multiple versions to ensure I was happy with the product. I will definitely recommend this Office Depot for any printing needs.
