I had gone through two rack and pinions in the last year using another mobile mechanic. Sensing the installs were the problem, I wanted to try and different mechanic and found James on Craigslist. He scheduled me the same week and arrived right on time. After pulling off the old rack, he called me out to show that a crucial rear bushing spacer for the rack was missing from my truck and it needed to be sourced before installing the new rack or I would continue to have problems. He called a dealer and reserved the parts for me to pick up, and finished the job without delay. My truck is driving great now! I was very appreciative that James was honest and ensured I got the repair done right. He was very professional in all his work and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
