I couldn’t eat the fried Chicken next door at Church’s Chicken. So I walked next door to promise Pizza to see if they have gluten free crust. And they sure did. Pizza was excellent better than I’ve tasted in several other restaurants. They also have wings that are gluten free chicken wings. Because it was Father’s Day they gave me a dollar off my order plus a free drink. The owner was very nice and sociable. I will definitely go back again.

Yum! Great topping options and good business practices. Plus, Promise Pizza delivers so you can get a pie at Old Settlers, Maverick Horseback Riding or Rockin River. We had anchovies on a white pizza and it was so tasty. The delivery driver was very polite too!

aw man very casual vibe. had the place to ourselves(most of their customers are pick up/delivery, I imagine)! staff treated us like royalty and bros. good good food! came in with the toddler and boyfriend. Safe environment for her to run around a bit without being in the way. TV on the wall with cartoons(my neighbor totoro? I think??) was a big hit. staff referred to her food as ‘num nums’ FOOD: listen, that lady whining about the garlic c heese knots is… mistaken. Plenty of garlic, perfect, yummy. What the knots didn’t have was boat loads of salt. Maybe she has those flavors confused… garlic salt =/= garlic, lady Salad was so so fresh and yummy baby spinach with mushrooms, Bell pepper, little tomatoes PIZZA I am taking home but looks DELICIOUS

First and last time customer. Ordered their Large 2 topping pepperoni and extra cheese pizza and was very disappointed. Pizza arrived in time but three slices of pizza did not have pepperoni and the rest of the pizza just had one pepperoni per slice of pizza. Called to notify them of the matter and all they said was sorry. Domino’s and Pappa Johns ten times better.

Best Place for Pizza in Austin! My husband and I ordered a veggie delight pizza with wheat bread and some cheese rolls. For the love of Pizza’s, it was soooo good we finished it in a jiffy! :P I am sure we will be regular customers. I kinda hate to say it but, I will never be going back to Domino’s or Papa Johns ever! Thanks Promise Pizza! ;)

Pizza was cold. I only live 10 Minutes away. Order took over an hour. I will not be ordering again. My husband spit it out first bite. Back to Austins and Serpinos. Just to update, the baked stuffed mushrooms were good and £ have ordered before take out and it was good. The driver was nice but the food delivered Sucks.

Wings that aren’t fried yeah baby grrrr! And gluten free pizza thats really good. If you are a gluten free eater like me you need to try this place. I had wings and a pizza gluten free it was deliciouse. They dont have typical pizza place fountain drinks but they have Blue Sky sodas some with sugar some with stivia. The folks are friendly food is good stop on by for a not so ordinary pizza experiance.

Promise Pizza was delivered to us for our working lunch. I was pretty excited because I have heard a lot about their fresh ingredients and whole wheat pizza. Delivery was timely. Pizza was still hot. I noticed my pizza was a bit over cooked on the outside(pictured) the middle was still good. I was not sure if I saw the mushrooms I ordered on the pizza. I assumed it would be on top, but the pizza was still good! The whole wheat thin pizza crust was really good. When I folded the pizza to eat it the topping did not fall off the pizza like other places. That’s a positive in my book! It was the right amount of sauce. I liked how I could customize my own pizza and it is reasonably priced. Can’t wait to try them again… maybe this time inside the restaurant.

Promise Pizza is a promise kept! It’s been three years since I had commercial pizza. Then Promise Pizza came along, and pizza is back on my menu. The pizza was thin-crusted, crispy and crunchy the toppings plentiful from outer edge to center, and the sauce — wow the sauce! Service at the Round Rock location was friendly, fun and fast. Lexi is wonderful, a joy to meet, and she has a contagious laugh. The delivery guy, whom I can only assume is the owner/manager, is equally friendly, and a generous soul. I’ll be back as soon as I can.

I feel bad giving them 2 stars, the service was excellent! The guy on the phone who had to fix my mistake and the driver were both super nice and competent. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the ingredients. I really liked the dough, it hadn’t been slathered in cooking oil and it had nice texture and flavor. Unfortunately I couldn’t taste any garlic in my garlic knots OR pepperoni in my pepperoni calzone. :((The pepperoni calzone also used chopped pepperoni instead of sliced, and if I’d known that I wouldn’t’ve ordered it, but that’s my fault for not reading the menu.) They were pretty decent as bread + cheese, but they weren’t what I wanted. Bummer.

Loved the customer service. Super friendly and fast delivery. However, the pizza was mediocre. It was dry and was lacking in flavor. Their garlic rolls were amazing though.

This is our new go-to pizza place that’s nearby. Love the food, and love that there are gluten free and dairy free options. They’ll get our business over and over again. Customer service is top notch too, and I really appreciate that they made our order with special restrictions just right.

This place is amazing. pizza that doesn’t make you feel gross after eating it. I havent gone to chain pizza places in over a year because it’s frankly nasty compared to promise pizza. Basically same price much better quality food. and John is always the guy who answers the phone when I call in my order… so nice and so helpful. you guys are great! and John keep up the great work! I come back not only for the amazing pizza but the quality of service is above all else.

Pretty tasty pizza with fresh ingredients. Wheat crust tastes yummy and friendly staffers. Although the pizza could’ve been crispier it arrived hot and as promised. My favorite were the garlic knots and the marinara sauce.

Promise pizza, why you so good??? Let’s get right to it. Garlic Knots? is that how it’s spelled? Those little suckers are so freaking good. it’s like an Italian cinnamon roll. Crunch bits of dough and cheese snuggling with garlic yummies. ZOMG. Alfredo Veggie calzone. My husband and I don’t like olives but the way we devoured that sucker you would have never known. For serious, that little sucker is angelic. it’s also a good size and comes with a fat cup of chunk tomato sauce. I dread how many calories might be in it seriously, i don’t care.(there was ONE instance when it was a litttllleee too wateryish inside but that didn’t bother me cause it was still so yummy that i wanted to lick the box… dont judge me) Pizza. Wheat? yes. Delish. White? Never had it. I like wheat. Had a couple of pizzas but i like jalapeño and onion. It’s a personal preference. Their specialty pizzas aren’t really my «thing». But, the Lonestar and the BBQ chicken were good. Mushroom Caps? Jalapeño Poppers? NOOOOOOOO I guess EVERY place has to have a thing or two on the menu that just doesn’t live up to the others. Zero flavor. Everything else? GREAT!!!
