3 stars for the bread pudding which never disappoints! The other two for trying to give me a pasta dish with pork sausage after I asked for one without it. The manager did genuinely apologize and covered most of our tab for the mistake though :)

I remember the first time and I saw razoos I had just moved to Austin. The location off 183 north bound I believe. I thought man what a funky looking décor and also I need to go. I never did get to that location after all. No matter because I finally got to razoos for a meal. My Wife and I have been dining there off and own the last 6 or 7 years. On 4.3.16 about 8 of us converged on razoos. We were celebrating the new home a family member at the table just moved into. We were excited and the atmosphere refreshing around us. Our meals… delicious. Our server attentive, personable and chipper. Good company, food and time.

I just don’t know how anyone could rate Razoo’s as less five stars unless they ordered something other than the Jalapeño Catfish(ask for a little Jalapeño Cheese Sauce on the side) or the Stuffed Shrimp. My wife and I are frequent diners at Razoo’s and have been tempted to try other items on the menu but we just can’t get past these two items. The servers are always fun to work with and make the dining experience complete. Ask for Hunter but if he is not there any of the other servers will make sure you enjoy the visit.

My husband and I wanted to try a new restaurant for our anniversary weekend celebration so we decided on Razzoo’s. We were not disappointed. I had the Shrimp and Catfish combo. My husband had the Stuffed Chicken plate. Our waiter Hunter was great and attentive. My husband wanted a drink and Hunter suggested the Swamp Thing which was really good. We left stuffed. Definitely coming back.

I love this restaurant. I have never had a rude waiter. The food is always delicious and the music choice is great!

I love this place, the atmosphere and outdoor seating is where it’s at. We went this past weekend got beer and crawfish both were excellent. We also had the friend pickles and rat toes so needless to say we left stuffed! The place was packed but our server was on it and kept us informed.

My parents use to love coming here! But now they say things have taken such a turn. They would come every weekend but they are thinking if they should start going somewhere else now. They said the service has gone so down hill that it’s not even worth going

I dropped by with a cousin on a Saturday night and the wait for two was on 15 min. We got to our table but was moved around after a large party arrived. The service was rather slow. We waited over 45 min for our entrees. We ordered the fried crawfish tails as a starter and each ordered the stuffed fish and spicy shrimp pasta. None of the dishes blew me away but they were definitely decent. Overall didn’t leave me craving a return.

Went here for Friday evening Happy Hour. The prices were great; we had 4 draft beers and the crawfish appetizer and the check was just 18 bucks! It was really packed in there and we got a seat at the bar. The servers were friendly enough and they had a lot of sport’s on TV — can’t argue with that. The food itself was pretty decent and I’d go back again. The menu is HUGE though — I never trust a place with a huge menu as you can’t do everything well or cook everything fresh. I’d say it’s on par with other chain restaurants like Applebee’s of Chilli’s — they’re never going to set your taste buds on fire but they get the job done and if you want some South in your mouth, this place is for you. The place has a weird dirty, dark, sticky feel to it so next time I go I think I’ll sit outside if there are TV’s!

Absolutely love this place. The food and service was great. I ordered the combo skillet. There was so much food, that I was unable to finish it. Everything in the skillet was well seasoned. My hubby ordered a blackened chicken Po’Boy and he said everything was great. We also ordered the fried pickles. Definitely recommend coming here for your cajun fix.

Decent«chain» restaurant food and decent service… we went on Fat Tuesday, so expected the wait and a couple mistakes that I would not normally tolerate(no silverware, no appetizers plates and very slow drinks). Our waiter was nice, friendly and apologetic for the slow bar service. He even asked to take a photo with my son who was wearing a similar Mardi Gras hat. I like their text pager service… prefer holding my own phone rather than a pager 20 people have touched. Not the most authentic Cajun food, but not bad for a chain.

I was upset with how the manager handled a gentleman behind me with a shellfish allergy. The manager basically said that they will not accommodate him and that there will always be a slight chance that the food will be contaminated with a shellfish in the kitchen also that all the food is cooked in the same pan. SERIOUSLY. This is a paying customer and you can’t ask the kitchen staff to clean out A pan to cook his food… My visit was subpar. Our initial greet from the hostess felt cold as we were basically given the stink eye. We sat in the bar area and the gal only had three tables but seemed to take forever with out food and Bill. Will not be going back.

If you don’t mind overpowering salt then this is the spot for you. I was super disappointed in how salty everything was. Period. A Unilocal fail in my book

We really like the food. It’s delicious and the service is great. We do feel the prices are pretty high for what you get… but hey, it’s good food so I suppose it’s worth it:)

Sat at the bar for an impromptu happy hour. We had a good locale as we could watch a couple of their big screen TVs. Service at the bar was fantastic as we never had an issue ordering or receiving drinks. We got great Intel regarding their appetizers and they were served promptly. I believe we had shrimp fondue and the wings. The wings were nice and spicy. The fondue was OK, not my favorite but others loved it. It did get a little crazy later as families arrived, with young kids in tow, and were seated in the bar area. Love kids but don’t like em running around the bar.

Love, Love, Love this location. I’m not sure if it’s new to the neighborhood, but they certainly put their best foot forward. I’ve been to several, starting with the Mesquite location, the old Austin location(off Research, which is closed now; and then one in Houston if I recall). They always get the food right, and have yummy mixed drinks. The Round Rock location is especially clean, and they aim to please. If you haven’t gone yet, then Go! :) #twoforksup

Walking in, the decorations and lighting is very interesting and definitely has a gaudy Cajun feel to it. Pretty intriguing and gives a fun casual vibe to the place. I ordered the blackened catfish. The first few bites I had were good. The catfish was perfectly cooked and had a great heat factor. After a few more bites, the salt content of it was a little much to handle. Now, I like me some salt, but it was a lot if the catfish wasn’t cooked so well I probably would have stopped eating it. The sides were good but nothing special. My friend is 24 and got a chicken tender basket so he doesn’t deserve to have any sort of culinary opinion on his meal or the experience. Overall a decent restaurant with a really fun vibe!

Good prices and great food. Our server, Caitlyn really made the experience shine. There’s enough options here for both seafood lovers and seafood haters to both be happy, though I’d choose carefully if «spicy» is not your thing. The zydeco music in the background is fun. There’s tons of things on the menu I want to try so we will definitely find ourselves here again!

This was a great choice if I may say so myself. I spotted it coming into the shopping area– well I spotted their yellow patio umbrellas. Good service, good food, and good location. I had the stuffed shrimp which came with rice, green beans, and bread. I was happy with my choice. The boyfriend got the catfish and fries. The fish was quite flavorful. All patrons seemed to be having an enjoyable time. I would definitely come here again. Great prices too!
