Absolutely the most horrible experience and meal I’ve had in the state of Texas. So sorry Which Wich but hands down that’s the truth. We ordered through Unilocal while shopping at Ikea because we were pinched for time and not familiar with the area. Upon arriving we found out that they never received the order even though I had a confirmation email. They said the system just doesn’t work. Ok? The manager looked unprofessional in street clothes and messy hair. The young employee faced with making our meal was also clueless and unprofessional. We’ve never been to one of these, so we didn’t understand the process of ordering in-store; plus, we’d already placed our order(or so we thought). I was trying to ask them how this place works all the while frustrated that the order that we already PAID for online was never received or made and now we didn’t have time for this. As they explained«just grab a bag and write on it» there were no pens to be found and no employees available to ask for one. A large group came in during this and sent us 10+ people back in the line. The entire experience was frustrating. We finally get our order in for cuban sandwiches and we ate them in the car on the way back home. WORST. CUBAN. SANDWICH. OF. MY. LIFE. Halfway through I couldn’t stomach it and spit it out. The pork tasted like cleaning products and was stone cold. It was chewy and full of fat. There was a measly piece of ham in there. It just really was the saddest looking and worst tasting thing I’ve ordered in this state. Never again, never again.

I’ve been looking for a good sandwich place around my house so i came in today to try it. The way you order your food is really different but i liked the idea. I didn’t like how nobody greets you and how the people who worked there were having personal and quite loud conversations that everybody in the restaurant could hear there every single word. Once i got my food it looked almost the same as a subway sandwich. Then i took i bite and it even tasted like one. There was barely any meat or veggies and they put a ton a mayo in it that it was spilling out of the sandwich. For ten bucks i thought the food would have been ALOT better. I was diffidently not impressed with the food here. I won’t becoming back.

This place is terribly slow. I ordered and paid couple minutes before 5. Here it is 535 and still waiting. 1 single diner. I’ve been waiting about 10 mins in store. No other diners. This is twice this has happened. Kinda pointless to order and pay online when I could have shown up for faster service Over 35 minutes for 4 sandwiches is never ok. And then 2 of the 4 sandwiches were missing the cheese

I’ve been to this chain before in LA and enjoyed it but this franchise is a disaster. The guy taking our order seemed like he was drunk or severely hungover but at a minimum was just not with it, he made several mistakes such as trying to charge me twice, not scanning my loyalty card and inputting the order wrong– it’s right there written on the bag for you buddy. The sandwiches took quite a while considering they weren’t busy. I had a ham and pineapple sub and my fiancée had a lettuce wrap. There is no way that any of the ingredients for either was fresh that day, even the bread tasted old. Many of the tables were dirty with crumbs and spills and were sticky — not acceptable in any restaurant nevermind when it’s quiet and the staff should have nothing to do but clean, they’re certainly not preparing fresh ingredients that’s for sure! Do yourself a favor and head to Firehouse Subs, Jimmy Johns or Subway nearby and give this particular Wich franchise a wide birth.

Awful! After an hour of waiting for 4 sandwiches, we get home and my sandwich is completely wrong. How do you mistake turkey for tuna. I will never go back to this which wich ever!

After deciding what to order(Ham and pineapple, ham and bacon in a lettuce wrap) we go up to the cash register. We inquire about the rewards card and he says it’s a gift card, no the reward card. Then after more confusion we asked him to use the rewards card and he said there’s no money on it, it’s not a gift card, oh Yea. After 15min, and no one in front of us, we get our«sandwiches». Mine was basically a lettuce bowl not a wrap. As I was figuring out how to take a bite I noticed the ham had shine and when I touched it was drenched in water(must be soaking to preserve??) the tomatoes were old and complete mush. They also forgot my dressing of oil and vinegar. To top it off we both felt super ill not even an hour later. Waste of $ 20. This place is gross and w all the other options(firehouse subs, stackers) there is no way I’ll return.

Good sandwiches! A little on the pricey side for a sandwich, but they are worth every penny. You really can’t compare them to other sandwich shops in that what they offer is unique. Go ahead, give it a try!

Which wich is an awesome place when you want to get a sandwich. The only reason I am not giving five stars is the new employees this location has hired. This one has no personality and is not very bright. I have dealt with her several times and every single time I am amazed at the lack of personality and care. There is also a gentleman who answered the phone when i called earlier this week. I had a coupon for buy one get one free and wanted to place my order using the app. As it turns out the app was not accepting my coupon so I called. Typically I would have waited in line but it’s summer in Austin and I had just picked up my dogs and didn’t want them and my husband in the car for longer than necessary in this heat. Anyway, I called and explained my situation and the response I got was: «I don’t know and we don’t have a manager here right now. One will come in later so call then.» No please, thank you, I’m sorry, nothing. My husband and I decided to go somewhere else for dinner that night and doubt we will be going back to this location.

My wife and kids really like the selection and the shakes, but they litter screw up at least one sandwich EVERY time we go. place is clean, service is friendly and timely, but c’mon…it’s a sandwich, not a rocket. how you can mess it up every time?

This has been my second time visiting and so far no complaints. Good customer service and The sandwich is really up to you and what you like. It’s so delicious! If looking for a good sandwich spot then look no further.

I like this place. I like exactly customizing my sand which. It’s pricey but I’ve not had a mistake yet on my order. Conversely, on a busy Saturday only two people working? Really? This place isn’t fast on a good day(I’m willing to deal with that, they *are* custom making the sandwiches) but this is nuts. I doubt it’s the fault of those here, but management needs to staff up if someone calls in sick or whatever happened here. After my hot sandwiches were delivered, I had to wait another 15 minutes for my malteds. Hot sandwiches? Not any more. This will definitely weigh in on my decisions about future visits(particularly with Chipotle opening soon right next door.) Huge fail here, store manager. You lost a LOT of business today from customers who(wisely) bailed instead of waiting, and you may well have lost my previously frequent business as well. Closing note: when my malteds finally arrived 17 minutes after my formerly hot sandwiches, half the staff on duty gave me large rather than the ordered regular malts due to my wait. Unfortunately, by now, my once hot sandwiches are now colder than these malts.

This location is okay, but can tend to be hit or miss. Of course, it’s a sandwich, so how bad can they really screw up? Well, when they forget to add Avocado and Tomato to my aptly named«Tomato & Avocado» Veggie sandwich, they lose a star(this has happened twice). This has happened twice now and I have learned my lesson to put stars next to the sandwich name. Since doing this, it hasn’t happened again and since it’s a great cheap lunch spot, I’m not planning on giving it up because of a few bad experiences. Generally, the staff is pleasant, but during peak business hours, your wait times can be a little bit long. All in all, I have never had a terrible experience, but this isn’t an ‘out of this world’ sandwich shop, just a descent chain shop to get a tasty lunch.

Went in for some lunch after shopping at Ikea. This was our first experience with a Which Wich and it wasn’t bad. I liked the sandwich options, the friendly staff and the quick service. I’d gladly return for a quick lunch when in the area again.

This is a cute little sandwich place they have paper bags you chose from and then you mark what you want on it the. You give it to the cashier they ring you up and call you by name. So in essence you can’t screw it up! Your teastbuds are at the mercy of what you create. You can add a lot of toppings to even a prefixed sandwich. The sandwich comes out nice and toasty. I always make a thanksgiving inspired club with turkey, coleslaw and caranberry yummy…

I thought this place was great. Loved the ordering process(writing my order on a bag), liked the variety of options, and being able to decide what I wanted on my sandwich before getting up to the counter to order, and the guy at the register was super nice to everyone. He even asked if he had pronounced my name right(someone cares? How nice). I really enjoyed my regular sized sandwich for $ 4.95. I also noticed as I was eating that a lady walked in, and was looking at the choices on the wall, and the nice register guy asked her if she’d been there before, and when she said no, he immediately came from behind the register and explained the process to her. All of the employees seemed to be having a good time – the place was crowded, yet the tables were clean.
