I’ve been working for a Property Management company for a little over a month now, and a large portion of that work involves finding reputable handy-​men (and women!), plumbers, electricians, etc to do make-​readies and repairs. It can be a daunting task, particularly when so few follow-​up or call back within a reasonable time-​frame!
So, I was very pleasantly surprised to run across Kate’s business on Craigslist. She answered my call right away and was very thorough and accommodating. She went out to the property the same day to give me an estimate, and diligently contacted me both by phone and e-​mail with a very detailed, thorough, written version which I could pass along to the owner.
Better yet, her team’s work on the make-​ready was very thorough and I didn’t feel like I had to «babysit» or double-​check everything. She has an eye for detail and a knack for transforming a relative dump into a beauty! I will definitely keep her at the top of my go-​to list, and I’m happy to recommend her business to anyone else; whether you’re doing property management like me, or just an individual seeking reasonably-​priced repairs.
