This store has been cut in half… thus seems like also half the inventory of their most important item: shoes! They have discontinued my favorite shoe(Flex) so I came in one day to try on a shoe to replace it. I tried on about 6 or 7 pairs all seeming just as uncomfortable and heavy as the previous. While I was trying on shoes a guy was helping my husband and I pick out shoes started helping another couple, cool. But another guy slipped in and was asking me if I wanted a REALLYGOOD pair of shoes… I politely said no, I’ve tried on several and I really don’t see anything I like. I wasn’t about to pay for anything over $ 100(even if they had it) b/c If I was going to do that in the first place I’m not going to head to the outlets but rather the retail store to get the«good stuff». He made me feel bad like I was trying on the«crap shoes» or what else would you call these? I finally settled on 2 pairs(bc it was bogo½ off) I got home and tried one both, didn’t care for either one but kept one of them bc it was too late, it was time for a workout. I ended up returning the other pair of shoes after finding an awesome pair of Asics and Saucony shoes at another discount store that will remain nameless. . for about $ 50 off each pair of $ 100+ shoes. Returns: When I returned the shoes I was told I needed my DL not the card I charged it on. Hmm. Odd. I thought about it, it’s probably true you might need one but if it was going back on the card, why do I need to prove who I am. you aren’t giving me cash. She told me she needed to «enter in the info» ok. you can ask me and I’ll tell you. I am me. I know all the information on that ID. But regardless I came back to return it anyway… ID in hand. I also thought it odd she asked for my phone number. why? But I didn’t want to be that person that refuses to give my # so I just pulled the old switch… and gave an old # I don’t have anymore. :)

Ripoff alert. Went into the store for the«40% off sale — some exclusions apply» and was very disappointed. Figures — It excluded anything deemed too new or anything on clearance. 75% of the store was covered in «clearance tags» that marked them down about $ 10. The other quarter was excluded(I did find a $ 20 duffle bag that did meet the requirements). I would have been so pissed if I didn’t learned that from the manager at checkout after asking two employees if clearance items counted(they said the discount applied before I got to the register). Also, it was hard to find an employee to ask questions too as they were all in the back room. The manager didn’t even make eye contact with me. Oh well. I guess that describes about 50% of the stores in this outlet mall booooo

Great service here. Greeted at the door upon entering and exiting. Decent selection with great deals. Only downside to this location is the keep only a limited selection that come in wide.

Great workout clothes, great sales around holidays — especially shoes.
