I love Dr. Scranton. She would have 5 stars from me if it weren’t for the ARC reception, which I feel is a huge detriment to the doctors of ARC. I realize that reception is repetitive, but as the first point of contact for ARC customers = very important for them to be competent and kind. They rarely are. But Scranton and her nurses are! I took my daughter in for a volleyball physical, and upon noticing a band-​aid — she had my daughter remove it so she could check for MRSA. She is very kind, open to natural and preventative remedies, and puts parents at ease. Dr. Scranton is a HUGE asset to ARC. It’s a shame she doesn’t have a clone or two!
