Thank god there is finally a place to get GREAT coffee close to home. I tried Sips coffee a few days ago and have been back several times since. Everything is fair-​trade and organic, but most importantly to me, it is delicious. The kids love the shaved ice and the blended drinks. The people are really nice and inviting and the atmosphere is relaxed. Great place to hang out and get some work done.

Our neighborhood was talking about it so I tried it. It’s great! They put more emphasize on their drip coffee than most shops. The man working there was very nice and talked about the coffee and where it came from. Will definitely come here again!

Great locally owned coffee shop! I decided to try out Sips today for my morning coffee and I loved it. Sips is located in the same lot as the Shell Station on Great Oaks Drive. It’s a bit hidden but don’t miss out. The place is really homely as you can see through the other pictures. It’s really well decorated and feels as if you’re inside someone’s home with all the furniture and chairs. Really quiet environment and a great place just to relax, read, or study. The coffee is also organic and fair trade. I tried out the vanilla late today. It was smooth and delicious. The prices are around the same as Starbucks but it’s always good to support a local business!

We love supporting small, family owned and operated businesses. They have delicious coffee and shaved ice that my children beg for everyday.

This lovely little shop just opened near my neighborhood. The coffee is great; organic, fair trade, and delicious! I asked for almond milk in my mocha and it was «no problem.» They have other non-​dairy options too. They pastry selection is small but soon to be expanded with their new sweet and savory crepes option. The atmosphere is calm and quiet and peaceful. Wi-​fi is free, but you have to ask for the password at the counter. I’d give this place five stars if they only had an outdoor table or two.

I spoke to Jacinto, the owner, today and he explained to me about the different types of shaved ice that people make and what his style is so now I understand. Thank you for educating me!
Also happy to report that my sister, an avid Starbucks fan didn’t want to go back to that chain after trying SIPS coffee… I’ll say that’s a huge and well deserved compliment!

ORGANIC AND FAIR TRADE — GOOD FOR THEM! This place has a FANTASTIC atmosphere and yummy coffee! I usually buy 1 lb. bags of coffee beans from Starbucks and brew at home but stopped by this place yesterday morning when I had run out. Their drip coffee was soooo much better than my normal at home favorites! 5 STARS from me.

Thrilled to see an (primarily) organic, fair trade coffeehouse in the neighborhood! Chai (with true homemade whip cream), iced coffee, shaved ice, and latte were very good. I was told the milk was organic. Only downfall was it was not busy but took about 25 minutes to get all our drinks. Trying to figure out how I can swing through quickly before work. I’ll try and call my order in ahead of time.

I thought this place was great! I ordered the caramel frappé (it being August and hotter than hell and all), which was very very good, the service was great, and my friend and I sat and visited for a couple hours on the comfortable couches. Love that it’s in the neighborhood! I will definitely be back!

Update: okay, I tried the coffee. Lattes are excellent. Just the right temperature, not burnt. They also have chocolate-​covered strawberries and coffee bean chocolates. Owner says they will start taking orders for edible arrangements in September.

Cute little place but the coffee was Meh.
Lots of seating but no artwork, or signs, Chai Tea was bland. I know they just opened but it’s lacking character. Gentleman at front was nice but is lacking charisma.

Nice atmosphere and great tasting organic coffee. Coffee is a refreshing change from the overly bitter blends that many shops seem to use so I could get a nice strong coffee with no bitter aftertaste.
They are right next to the flower shop so great for chilling out if you need to wait for your flower order :)

Just been in to this new Coffee Shop. It was very good. We tried the Cappuccino, Chai and a Hawaiian shaved ice. All of them were great.
Even better, it is attached to «Heart & Home Flowers» so we picked up a bouquet of flowers to take home too :-)
