I normally don’t write reviews for storage places, but this one definitely deserves one.
Over spring break I was visiting a couple of my relatives in Texas but needed to find a storage facility to move a couch we recently bought. I came upon this facility and was treated very nicely. I was assisted throughout the whole process by the manager there and was impressed by the superb customer service.
If I ever need to move furniture again, I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to my friends and family!

Just helped my sister move to Austin. Wouldn’t normally write a review for a storage facility but these guys were super nice and helpful. The place seems clean and there are cameras everywhere. Plus, they gave my sister a sweet deal on a climate controlled unit.
Now, that’s some Texas hospitality.

I’ve been a customer at Storage Max for few years. Sandy the manager is excellent. She has always been very helpful. Not like going to a typical storage place, Sandy is friendly and she kept the place clean, clean, clean.
In addition, this is the only storage I can find near Round Rock and George Town that has enough room for a 50 ft. tractor trailer to drive through. My freight company will deliver to my storage unit and Sandy will receive shipments for me. What a deal, since the price is so much lower than renting a warehouse near Round Rock. I figure, I am saving several hundred dollars a month by doing this.
