Penny and Sandra at AAA Storage have gone over and beyond to offer competitive pricing, work with our floating schedule, accommodate our late arrival and large trucks, anticipate our need for more space after hearing the size of our load and working extended hours just to make sure we had everything we needed.
We were exhausted, frustrated and ready for it all to just be done. Penny not only brought extremely kind words and patience when she met us at the storage room after our late arrival (interrupting her own supper, I later learned), she had already run the figures, cleaned extra rooms, and had the additional storage room ready for us.
