I love love love this place. They are fast and always get my order right. The place is clean. The people are super nice. The parking lot isn’t too bad. The prices are pretty reasonable. I have never had a bad smoothie with tapioca. They even did a special request when my husband was picking up an order for me while I was sick(totally made things better!!). Just be sure to drink your smoothie pretty quickly so the balls don’t freeze. The fruit drinks can also be a tid bit watery when new people make them but thankfully the turnover rate doesn’t seem to be too high(conjecture only). Go here, its awesome!!!

Been going to the Parmer location for years and was thrilled when they opened one closer to home. Been several times and just as good and consistent as the other locations. Love the honeydew with bobas.

The avocado mango smoothie it is. With tapioca balls. Going to get it without the 2 tbsp sugar the next time around. The boys are developing a coffee, tea and mocha habit. Certainly a unique place with board games to vile away your time. Did i just land up in a tea shop in SE Asia?

I love this place, the smoothies are so tasty and fresh. Christian was so friendly and helpful; he made sure to mention all the alternative options I could use to make my smoothie healthier. He has great customer service skills!

I love Teapioca, my husband and I go once a week, they have a great happy hour earlier in the day too; however, they never have tapioca available in the mornings. I was told it is due to it being made, if that is the case, they need to have it made before they open. That would be like going to Texas Roadhouse and they tell you they don’t have sirloins and rolls when they open. That’s a flaw that needs fixed. Otherwise, LOVE it here!!!

I’ve been to 2 different locations and they’re both consistent. I’m always there when there is a line, so that’s a good sign. Plus it gives me time to debate among myself of what I am going to order. I’ve had the Cream Smoothie with Tapioca and the Ice Cream with Coffee with no Tapioca. I love them both, I will rotate between those two. Oh I lied, I had the Thai Tea with Tapioca. The first time there I said Boba and not Tapioca, it’s the same thing! The staff is friendly and patient when I am on deck to order and have the look of duh I don’t know what I want. They have a nice set up with little sofas and chairs with tables. Good place to meet a group or a friend.

I really like the Watermelon smoothie with pearls. I’ve had it 3x in the past week or two. Baby pearls and regular pearls are both good(I prefer the regular size tapioca). Today I tried the jackfruit smoothie with pearls. It was ok but not as good as the one at Short N Sweet(N. Lamar). Maybe the fruit not completely ripe? It wasn’t so bad I didn’t like it or sent it back it just had a hint of bitterness or greenness. Maybe I’ll have them mix it with mango or watermelon next time. The people that work there are extremely friendly and always upbeat. They all smile and make conversation and even tell you to try your drink and if you don’t like it they can make you something else. I appreciate a positive customer service experience!

The taro cream bubble tea was delicious, we tried it this week. The reason I take one star away is because the drink was warm(!!!) when they served it… A big no-no when it’s over 100 °F outside. Those little fish cakes are so cute looking but even at 50cts each they are not worth it; the cake was stale and the«cream»(custard really) was unimpressive to say the least.

Moderately busy when we went and still received stellar customer service from the staff. They are extremely friendly, remember your name and make sure you’re happy with your drinks. The lounge is a great place to hangout with friends or family. I will definitely come here for my tapioca drinks!

Drink is good except whenever I ordered two of the same drink they use less ingredient making it taste like water. So usually I have to be that bitch customer that ordered two same drinks with different sugar level so they are force to make them separately. Sometimes when I place an order for 5 of my co-workers and all want the same drink that can be a real bitch. You force me to be that bitch.

Specifically asked for baby tapioca pearls. but I hate to be that person who returns a drink(plus there seemed to only be like one person working both the register and making drinks). I had the frozen mocha coffee with added ice cream and there was just wayyyy too much ice blended in there. I was also disappointed that my stamps that I’ve collected starting at the teapioca location on Parmer wasn’t applied to the«10 stamps get 1 drink free» offer. I mean, it’s the same company just different locations. Sigh. The other place is twice the distance so I’ll just have to stick with coming to this place

The drinks are great and I’m glad for the closer location but the staff is the entire reason behind my rating. There were only two customers ahead of me and my friend and it still took over 15 minutes to receive my drink. The employees were clearly confused and stopped to make a fellow employees drink before even starting on the ones for the customers. For a store that was nearly empty, this was a huge disappointment service wise.

I’ve followed my Unilocal buddie’s reviews on this Teapioca Lounge in Austin and than they opened one up in the Rock. We came in after a Chicago dog and an Italian dipped beef sammy in the same strip mall, i’m trying to figure out why it took me so long to partake of one of these amazing drinks. My better wifely half had the Café Bac Xiu… coffee with condensed milk… of the frozen and blended variety. It was very good, she didn’t get any tapioca ’cause she’s a commy… i mean… she doesn’t like the chew. I had the frozen blended cappucino with the tapioca ’cause i do like the chew… brings me back to my childhood when i’d open some cracker jacks and there’s a prize! These drinks have a lot of little prizes. Go between Monday thru Thursday, between 10am and 2 pm… buy two get 1 free!!! When the lady gave us our drinks we asked where do we put the straws… there’s no hole in the top lid… she said stab it with the pointy ended straw… cool! They were giving out free samples of a little fish shaped pastry filled with cream fiilling, good, think of it as a Korean version of the Hostess twinkie but a lot less sugary.

There was a time in my life that I was obsessed with boba tea aka tapioca. I was getting it multiple times a week. Then I moved away from the Austin area and it was harder to find places to fill my boba tea needs so we had a very long break from each other. Fast forward 12 years. I’m back in Texas and in the Austin area. My parents had told me about Teapioca because there’s a few other locations throughout Austin. A few weeks ago I had stopped in at a Teapioca Lounge in San Marcos. Since this just opened in Round Rock they’ve been running a buy one, get one free special. This space looked just like the one in San Marcos. Lots of seating for lounging if you want to enjoy your cold treat and visit with friends. They have lots of flavors to choose from and they even do shaved ice with toppings. My personal favorite that I never stray from is Taro Cream with tapioca. I love that you can get it iced of blended. I prefer it on ice because I feel the texture of the tapioca doesn’t harden. Their Tapioca is perfect too. A little warm, chewy and soft. Just the way it’s suppose to be. Staff is friendly, place is clean and it’s close to where I live. That’s a good and a bad thing. So glad to have options when the craving for tapioca drinks are in order.

i’m not the best at writing reviews but i now when i like something as soon as i walked in i was greated with a welcoming smile and right away with the«grand opening promotion»… really nice with lots of seating and tables you can get your cream teas and coffees sweetened to your liking… regular, less than regular, half or less than half milk flurries are amazing and tasty… hard to describe but it’s like ice cream to the super next level, creamy in texture… serving is generous
