First, it is very hard to find the store. Asked people in the parking lot after driving ALL the way around the mall where it was. EACH person I asked said that there was no Toys R Us there. Called them(busy for a long time and sat in parking lot). Got in there and it was super small and very little to really pick from. Finally ready to charge out and was told that they could not run my children’s gift card. Then the guy said let me call and see your balance. Handed me the gift card back and then tells me in a line full of people«Sorry but you have zero balance». I just looked at him and he said«Well, you can call yourself». I did just that. Walked all the way back to my car and called myself. Well, someone must have just put $ 100 on the card from the time it took me to walk to my car. Hated the Toys R Us site. You can not apparently use it with Google Chrome. The store will not allow you to buy online and send it to the store. Apparently I can’t even use a gift card. Funny how when they already received money for services we actually could not spend the money. I WILL tell the person who gave us the card not to do business with them, I won’t buy anything from them again, and if you have ever been in this store you know it is horrible.

This is supposed to be an outlet store, but it seems to all be full retail prices and the aisles are so small that I had to leave because I was claustrophobic.
