Wingstop

We’ve had better wings but this place is close to the house and I didn’t feel like driving further. Came here with my daughter, she likes their lemon pepper bone in wings. I ordered the parmesan boneless wings but wasn’t really impressed. My boneless wings look like popcorn chicken with sprinkled parmesan cheese on it. The service was little slow and the place is a little odd. There is only 1 place you can get napkins from, no trash cans anywhere and you also have to ask for drink refills. I will be back since my daughter really likes their lemon pepper wings. Next time I will order her favorite since she really enjoyed them.

We ordered our food online so that we could get to our friends to enjoy the game. Got there and our order was ready. We ordered boneless and received bone in. We related to the acting manager our order was wrong. The manager with out even eye contact stated «oh snap» and said we will have your boneless in 15 minutes. No apology no respect. I became frustrated with this person and related my disappointment. Since he was disrespectful I started questioning him on who checked the order. He then turned to me now making eye contact and said «I am going to have to ask you to leave sir». When I challenged him further he stated I was rude and need to leave. I never yelled or used profanity. I simply asked him to be responsible and answer for his mistake. I was not looking for free food. His mistake caused us to be late to our engagement with no wings as we promised our friends. He ruined out night with his actions and words. Wing stop is a great place I really love it. I will not go to this location and will be sure all the people I know are cognoscente of this experience. My advice to the real manager is to reconsider this persons employment. A job is a blessing and should not be under appreciated. I would really like to see if their management even reads this. I am expecting an apology from the offender.

Boy this place has really gone downhill! We used to order from them all the time during football season. Fries don’t taste the same. There was no seasoning on them. The wings were horrible, not to mention they looked like they just threw them in there. It was just not good. I should have know since the service was pretty bad too. Never going here again. I’ll have to look elsewhere to get my wings

Love this place, Never Fails To Hit the spot man. This is the place to come. Come here if your ever in town!

Not bad for fast food wings, but hard to compete with other larger wing companies. Custer service was good but service was slow.

The food was delicious. Two stars because I came here on my lunch break, and it took almost an hour to get my food and eat. That is a little ridiculous if you ask me.

can you give a place no stars… look at the date, superbowl Sunday. why would you take pre orders all week and not deliver at the time you promised… because you took more orders than you could possibly make. That aside… I had a house full of people and no wings or sides… went over to HEB and got frozen… we had wings by halftime… back to Wingstop… was not greeted, they said they never took my pre order, when they took my order again they still did not have it when promised, said they didn’t know when it would be ready… no apologies, just «Hey, we are going as fast as we can»…pretty rude and inefficient. on a final note, the Manager was to scared to talk to the angry mob in his store.

Okay, first things first. I felt very unwelcome here. The old white man working at the front counter did not greet myself nor my party well at all. He simply started «We close at 12»! This very uncomforting and sends the wrong impression. He clearly rushed us through our order when we asked for a minute to decide. Then he asked if «To-​go» was okay… I said we’ll have it for here. Then he gave us a scoff as if we were complicating his job. Well long story short, WE WON’T BE BACK! Wingstop had really good food! But this man made the food taste bad with his horrible hospitality.

Good wings. Perfect amount of sauce and/​or dry rub with the right amount of spice. The fries are usually on point but sometimes are a little soggy. But I’m there for the wings not the fries. Wait staff are always friendly and have yet to mess up my order. I’ll definitely be visiting them again soon.

Staff was wonderful. Food came out faster than expected and tasted great. The restaurant was clean and I will be back for sure.

management needs to learn how to better handle refund and employess need to listen the young lady at the counter i dont recall her name but she needs to be fired she doesnt listen for shit even when the manager was telling her how to do something ill be talking to corporate on monday if i see no refund on the account

Always great wings with the perfect amount of burn. Original Hot has a great spice level and balance of flavor. The staff is always polite and efficient at getting you in and out. We frequent this location often as its only 2 miles from the house. My only complaint would be in the packaging department. My last trip there landed me a puddle of wing sauce in my lap from the short ride home. As good as the sauce is I would prefer to eat it than wear it!

I usually go to Wingstop but I like this branch better mainly — less salt on your chicken and it’s not dripping in oil.

There’s just something about Wingstop that my husband and I love. We usually order the Original Hot bone-​in wings. My husband likes them wet and I like them normal. The lemon pepper wings are also very good here. We like the wings because they are not too battered and crispy like some others. They are just right for our taste. Their fries are also very yummy dipped in their awesome ranch dressing.
So glad they have Wingstops all over the country, at least where we’ve been in CA, Las Vegas NV and now Austin TX. This is our favorite place to get wings.

my favorite wing joint ever. i enjoy getting my wings wet — plenty of extra sauce.
and oh the fries. the fries… yes, pluckers is pretty good but judging stricty by wings, i choose wingstop over pluckers any time.

Last night me and my bf got a Togo order,
We got the 25 boneless pack for 19.99.
Garlic parm was just ok. Medium was great. So was the BBQ.
We got fries with cheese dipping, a side of veggies, and three of these giant delicious rolls.
It was perfection.
Awesome staff. Awesome location. Awesome food.
Did I mention they have a pretty decent beer selection? This place is great. If you haven’t been, try it out.

I wanted wings, and I got disappointment. Order: 10 wings, fries, soda. The soda was filled by the lady at the counter. I guess that’s one way to practice cost control — to have refills gated by the staff. They sell a spicy product, and it seems they would allow us to quench the burn a bit more efficiently. The order is supposed to take about 15 minutes, and it took 30. The place really wasn’t that busy on a Tuesday afternoon, and it shouldn’t have taken that long. At least I’ll have hot and fresh food, right? Well… not so much. The fries were cold as were half of the wings. The other half of the wings were hot, but drowning in sauce. Not coated, but drowned. It looks like they just ladled some sauce on them and served.
I’ve enjoyed other Wing Stop locations before, and I might try this one again in the future to see if it was a single incident or par for this location.

Cheap and yummy.
The place is themed on airplanes, biplanes, aviation, etc. Because its «wing» stop, get it? Haha, no. But the décor is fun, their is pictures of old planes on the walls, vintage plane parts on the walls, and the walls are lined in aluminum shingles to make it look like an aircraft hangar. Cool.
But what about the food?
The food is pretty good, cheap, and fills you up. I reccomend the parmesan and hickory bbq. Very good. The fries are pretty good, blue cheese dressing: awesome. The lemon pepper isn’t very good though. it’s kind of salty and overspiced.
4 stars because you have to wait for 10 – 15 minutes.
Overall, I like this place. Good job Wingstop.
