I didn’t go to the RR food trailer park with the intention of trying wings. I had Pluckers a few days before this. We went and not much was open– only 2 or 3 places that actually had food and not desserts or cupcakes. Another restaurant was sold out so I decided to try some wings which was about my only choice. In no way do I regret having Ms J’s. The wings were not too large, but were crispy and cooked very well. You can tell when someone knows what they’re doing and isn’t just throwing something into a fryer. The spicy wing sauce was the perfect addition to the wings. It had a tangy kick, but wasn’t too spicy or overwhelming. I will NEVER turn down a basket of fried, crispy crunchy wings.
