Same day service which was greatly appreciated. That said, paid for a service call and was told our cabinets had to be cut in order to fix the problem of our freezer not keeping its temperature. My husband did some research afterward and fixed our broken freezer by simply tightening a few spots on the refrigerator doors.
Called to discuss with the service tech/​owner and was told that I was wrong and that it was simply a coincidence. No effort at ALL to make the customer happy.
