I used to love creamistry, but not after what happen today. I order total of 4 ice cream extra frozen. One of the guys got one of the order wrong and he ask me if I wanted the ice cream he messed up on. I said sure since I have to wait again for my ice cream and until he makes me the right one, why let it go to waste. Waited for about few minutes so I went to ask where was my ice cream. Then the very rude manager asked me to give her back the ice cream they gave me that they wrong while We was still eating it. Literally right off our mouths. She was rude first of all, no apology for the wait or for getting our order wrong or Indian giving the ice cream. Her tone was so rude she acted as if I stole that ice cream from her. I spent $ 32 on ice cream and I’ve been patron and a loyal customer for creamistry since day 1. Literally. Day one. Now I will never advertise or even go to another creamistry again. Needless to say I lost my appetite the new ice cream that I paid for that they wrong in the first place was no longer appetizing. Had to toss it out along with any future patronage for this crappy managed store. The suppose managers name is Brittany I came in at 1pm at 6÷23÷16

More of a 3.5 for me. They have some pretty unique flavors here which i like. The ice cream is really creamy, but i dont know if i really care for that. If you like your ice cream really creamy this is def your spot. I think id come back to try diff flavors but only if i was already in the neighborhood.

Similar to all shops that uses nitrogen to make ice cream, you pay a premium for it. All the flavors offered at Creamistry are pretty basic and the add-ons will quickly add to your cost. A single scoop is $ 5.50 but any items you add to it will be an extra $ 1. And before you know it you just paid $ 7+ for one scoop of ice cream. However, each scoop is dense, so a scoop is actual more like two scoops. This location is pretty efficient and the ice cream makers work really efficiently and quickly. However, not much seating inside and the plaza where it is located does not have much outdoor seating either. Overall, I prefer Cauldron in Santa Ana because they offer more unique flavors(i.e. lavender w honey, earl grey tea, etc) and the flavors taste more sophisticated. But for this area, this is the best place to get ice cream and they stay open late, which are the main reasons I’m giving this 4 stars.

Yes, another Creamisty location checked off on my list. You can see this location off the 60 freeway, it was a little loud in here, screaming children is the usual I guess. Consistency is the key to these dessert places, I love it, no matter where I go, Creamistry will always taste the same. Had Thai Tea this time and it’s really the best, smooth & creamy, you just can’t do any better than this.

I love ice cream and this place is pretty good. There are so many combinations and options and you can really get something different all the time. A little expensive though but overall I would recommend this place.

Okay… it was pretty delicious. The ice cream has a sticky texture to it. We ordered the Elemint with whipped cream on top. Don’t know what other folks are talking about, I was greeted by a smile and my bf recorded the smoke lol. It was pretty awesome. It’s a show within an ice cream store. A little girl is currently perched on a chair with her mom observing this free entertainment. I’m having a blast here. As for the haters. just gotta say haters gonna hate…

My friend decided to take me to an ice cream parlor for my birthday. She explained to me that it’s ice cream made from nitrogen. I’ve never seen this before and was super excited to see it. And it’s ice cream, who doesn’t love ice cream? When we got there, it was pretty empty. There was only a couple people there. Okay, let’s talk about customer service. Do they teach their employees not to smile? We had no smiles from any of the employees, and the girl making the ice cream had a frown on her face the whole entire time. It’s an ice cream place for pete’s sake! It’s suppose to be a happy place! I was super excited and wanted to record the smoke coming out of the machine and I was told I wasn’t allow to record. I didn’t catch it the first time and she repeated it again. There was no smile, just a cold hard stare. Seriously what is her problem? Literally any excitement I had for the ice cream was totally gone at this point. Happy birthday to me… :/ I got my ice cream and I didn’t even want to eat it. Ice cream tastes like any other ice cream, nothing special. If you like gelato, you definitely won’t like this. It has a harder texture and not as creamy. The plus side is the ice cream takes a lot longer to melt, giving me time to eat my ice cream. Overall, not a place I would come back to. I felt unwelcome and the experience ruined my birthday treat. Customer service sucks and I rather go elsewhere for a smile.

This is only for the cookie butter ice cream review. Eh nothing special. Just really exciting seeing them make it with the nitrogen gas though. The ice cream was indeed really creamy. Like really really creamy. But the flavor just sucked. Nothing omg. I don’t think I’d come back. If you wanna try ice cream, go check out afters ice cream. It’s honesty much more tasty compared to this. This place is also expensive. I ordered it in a size mini and it came out to $ 4.51 geez!

It would have been a better experience had the crew been more friendly, more accommodating and aren’t so frugal with their smile. The ice cream maker, a girl, was frowning the whole time and didn’t even make any eye contact with us – to just say«hi» or «welcome». The cashier appears to have his own dealings outside the store and has to run back inside when customers arrived. #creamistryrowlandheights

This is the closest location to my house, and best of all its on my way home from work! Parking is such a hassle here though. Even the underground parking is small and hard to find parking. The store is located closer to the street, so it’s an easy find. It’s just finding close parking that’s the problem. But once you’re in the store, you’re cordially greeted. As with all of the other reviews, it’s a freshly made ice cream frozen with liquid nitrogen. The have a variety of flavors and some creations to choose from. There’s about 6 choices and I’ve had 3 of them, which are all great! The last one I tried was the Quantum Coffee, which was actually my 3rd time having this one. LOVEIT! Service is fast and the store is a lot cleaner than other locations I’ve been to. Don’t forget to check in on Five Stars to collect your points towards a free single ice cream or nitroshake. Also, don’t forget to look up any GroupOn deals. The last deal I got, I paid $ 12 for 4 $ 5 certificates to use! Totally worth it!

Cap’n Crunch ice cream was AMAZING. It was first time, so of course I also added the Cap’n Crunch cereal as a topping, but the ice cream is already blended so well with a perfect amount of the cereal, it doesn’t need it. Then, my boyfriend and I also wanted something chocolatey so we got Nutella ice cream and added cheesecake bites. The Nutella ice cream was PERFECT. It didn’t seem too sweet to me. It was basically Nutella but in a milky ice cream form. It was great. I wasn’t a big fan of the cheesecake, but I knew my bf would love it. And luckily he enjoyed the Nutella and I enjoyed the Cap’n Crunch better. Either way, they were both so delicious! Definitely coming back for more!

Gimmicky, but good nonetheless. I would definitely recommend anyone who isn’t lactose intolerant to try this place at least once purely for the experience of watching your ice cream prepared before your eyes with liquid nitrogen. Pretty fascinating process I must admit. Oh yeah, the ice cream is good too.

This place will put on somewhat of an entertaining show for you if you’re into liquid nitrogen. I’ve heard that the concept of this place is similar to Ice Cream Lab(located in Beverly Hills and possibly other places). Basically, the attraction of Creamistry is that they use liquid nitrogen to make the ice cream which means that there will be a ton of cold smoke arising from the formation of ice cream; kids go crazy over this, so it puts on a mini show for them while they wait for their ice cream. I’ve been coming to this place for a while, and out of all the creations(i.e. signature ice cream), I order the Quantum Coffee with premium ice cream(~$ 8); it cost extra for organic ice cream if you’re into that. The Quantum Coffee has almonds, broken pieces of Heath toffee bars, and almond drizzle. It’s divine and worth all the fatness I gain from it. Note that you can make your own cup of ice cream if you are not into the creations of Creamistry. The ice cream from Creamistry is different from other ice cream shops because the ice cream is denser than usual. I get it when people say that the ice cream is too dense for them, but for me, I love it because it’s interesting and different in a good way. The complaint I have is that the ice cream is pricey and that the wait for the ice cream is long. The parking can be difficult since the plaza is packed majority of the time, so try to park underground.

Located in the diamond plaza this Creamistry is a perfect addition to a popular hangout destination. For readers who aren’t familiar with Creamistry, this franchise creates different ice cream creations with liquid nitrogen. I sampled a couple of their new trial blends and hope that they’ll make it to the board. Pst… One of them had captain crunch in the mix. Mm yum!

I love taking pictures and one of the cutest pictures that you could take is from Creamistry. I love the set up and everything here looks clean and pretty nice except for one big thing that I totally dislike and that is the menu and options. They have so many options that the list is so long of additional toppings that it makes me not even want to look at it. I don’t know what it is but it’s just too much. If that makes any sense. Another thing that I really dislike is that each topping that you want with the ice cream is $ 1.00. Not really thinking that my mochi was worth a dollar at all. With the whole cup it was only a few on here. I would say things like this make me not want to come back but I do just because I like the option of it also being lactose free. But still I wish they would change the menu and make it less busy. One of my favourite flavours though from here is Taro I think it just taste different and unique and I add mochi with it. They also have different types of discounts for each day during a certain time, which makes me wonder if this place is making money or not. I’ve been here about three times already and each time it wasn’t super packed. Still I think this is a cool place to check out and see how they make the ice cram.

I love Creamistry. My favorites are the Captain Crunch creation and the creamsicle. Words cannot describe how much I love the Captain Crunch creation. The mix of captain crunch with nutella, strawberries, and bananas instantly make me happy everytime I see it. Even when I am full, i still order one. When I look at how big the cup is, I say to myself, of course you can’t finish it, but then I do. If you order any of their special creations, it is large enough for an entire meal. The creamsicle is a more reasonable portion to have after a meal. It tastes exactly the the creamsicle ice cream(vanilla inside and orange outside popsicle.

Came here on a Sunday around 12pm. No line, yay! I’ve heard how packed it could get so I guess I was lucky. I’ve been to other frozen/ice cream/yogurt places elsewhere and I can say that Creamistry is my favorite one. Yes it’s pricey, but a single scoop was pretty big. Had the hazelnut chocolate ice cream with mochi toppings, signature premium base milk. Minus one star because I asked for it mixed/blended inside but got it on top. I wasn’t bothered and was lazy to ask them. either way I love the taste and thickness of the ice cream. I’ll probably come back for more, especially during their happy hour on weekdays. There is a great amount of different flavors to try! Don’t forget to check in on Unilocal for 10% off!

The gloriousness that is Creamistry… of Rowland Heights! I can’t stop thinking about the ice cream that I had here. I really can’t. I shared a Cookies and Cream with my buddy and got the organic milk base. Dear lawd, that was some good stuff. Out of all the ice creams that our group got(some with coconut base), I’d have to say ours was the bomb. That crunchy cookie and the not overly sweet cream. Yum! Amaretto was pretty good and tasted just like it’s supposed to. Coffee ice cream was pretty damn good as well. With all these different flavors to choose from, I think this warrants more visits!
