I went two tire shops to get my tire and rim fixed but both shops couldn’t fixed the problem; felt hopeless and decided to just go to the dealership to get it fixed and pay a huge fee. I saw this place on the way to the dealership and THANKFULLY I did. Met the owner, a great and honest guy named SAM and he did everything possible, literally everything possible to get my tires and rim fixed. He even did it without damaging any of the rim. If you have any tire problems; or any problems in general this place and SAM is the one to go to. Prices and staff are really friendly and time is short, what more else do you want?
Do yourself a favor and come here.
Going back after Christmas to get oil change and inspection. Seriously life time customer. Thanks Sam!

My brother had called in, discussed the problem he was having with his vehicle to an employee named ANDY’ My brother was very pleased with his great customer service and immediately send me in !!! as a female im very clueless when it comes to cars as soon as I walked in ANDY’ once again delivered his great customer service already knew who I was ’ made me feel comfortable ‘and he toook care of business !!! He removed the lower engine cover :] I will continue any futer car service with good year :] and will recommend others :) thank you so much Andy…

I went to the store to have my brake pads changed, because there was a screeching noise whenever I brake. However, after one of the workers inspected my car, he told me I don’t need to replace it, rather that I should changed the rotors instead.
It was definitely weird, because I’ve asked another mechanic and he told me to just change the brake pads. But since a friend of mine vouch for this place, and swear they have the «BEST» service and the most «HONEST» store in Rowland Heights, how can I refuse? So I assumed the mechanic from the other store were ripping me off.
I ended up spending $ 450 on 4 rotors that same day and have it install. Guess what happened when I drove it off the shop?
The SCREECHING NOISE still OCCURS!
I immediately make an U-​turn to go back to the store, to ask why the noise still persist. The guy at the shop (I think his name was SAM), told me since it was brand new rotors, sometimes it will cause the screeching noise, and assure me after a few days it will be gone.
3 weeks pass and the screeching noise still continues!
This time I was furious. I went back to the store to ask Sam just exactly what is going on? I spend $ 450 on 4 rotors to fix a problem and it wasn’t even fix at ALL. What exactly did I spent the money on?
Sam started to stutter and explains sometimes the brand new rotors need to be replace with brand new brake pads so they are both in sync, thus eliminating the noise. Then he proceeds to tell me to change all 4 of my brake pads for a «Discounted» price of $ 520!
I told him that since my initial issue wasn’t solve, why would I sink any more of my money into this place. Sam couldn’t answer my question, so I just left.
I ended up spending only $ 400 for the SAME brake pads at another auto shop.

went there on Sunday, that’s right, Sunday! for a tire repair. Ran over a nail and it’s stuck in my rear tire… slowly leaking air. In and out in less than 15 min… Eddie was courteous and did not try to upsell me anything like a tire or other stuff… didn’t try to charge me a lot of money because my car was somewhat on the exotic side. $ 30… $ 5 more than what they charged me 10 years ago when I was driving my beater Nissan… Great service, honest service, good job and convenient hours. Highly recommend!

I came here to get a tire change. Guy took a look and immediately said we need an alignment. Total came out to $ 400. I said thanks but no thanks.
I took my car to a different shop and they changed my tires for $ 200 and told me alignment wasn’t necessary.
Don’t go to goodyear auto service unless you like paying for nothing.

This place is awesome! Got a flat on my way to fullerton and they patched me up real quick. Friendly workers, quick service– what more can you ask for! And they did it before 8am which most places are not open at that time. :)

Came in because my tire light came on, they checked it filled my tires and I was good to go without changing anything. They seem honest and friendly which is great since as a female i do feel like auto shops try to take advantage of that.

Came here for the first time the other day to get my tire patched up and an oil change.
Let me just tell you that I am completely clueless when it comes to cars! Luckily, everyone was super friendly. Pete was very nice and informative. Overall, the process took about 2 hours, but I visited on Saturday, their busiest day. I’d come back for more services in the future!

I was doing a tire rotation on my own car when I noticed a nail stuck in one of the tires. I took it to Pepboys to try to get it plugged, and they turned be down because they were busy (not to mention they still had 45 minutes until closing). That was when I decided to drive to the only other tire shop I knew in town– which led me to this particular location. I arrived at about 6:20, and it wasn’t until I talked to Sam that he told me that they had been closed since 6:00. He also told me that they didn’t plug tires– they only patch it from the inside. I had already known that this was a more effective solution than plugging– and it also takes more time and work. Sam told me that the cost was 20 bucks (5 bucks more than pepboys, but I didn’t care. I just wanted my tire fixed so I could drive with peace in mind) and that the wait would be about 15 minutes. I agreed and Sam immediately got to work on my car. In about 5 minutes, Sam finished patching my tire. I walked into the storefront to be rung up, and to my surprise, Sam told me that the service was on him, and that he would not charge me. Sam’s kind gesture definitely made my day, and lets just say this will not be my last visit!
Long story short– those incompetent bastards at Pepboys wouldn’t even plug my tire for me. I arrived 45 minutes before they were going to close, and it would’ve taken maybe 5 minutes max to get my tire plugged. Yet they just didn’t seem to care.
I arrived at Goodyear AFTER they closed, and not only did Sam spend his after-​hours working on my tire, he did it on the house. This is the type of customer service most places fail to live up to nowadays. It was my first time visiting this location in over 4 years, yet Sam made me feel just at home. A big shout out to Sam and the rest of the guys at Goodyear Auto Service. Thanks guys!
