Food: 7⁄10. I ordered the phở with rare beef and fatty brisket along with a shrimp and pork spring roll. The spring rolls cane out really fast so I know it was premade. The broth is fantastic and the portion size is decent. Ambiance: 6⁄10. Your standard fare phở place Service: 8⁄10. Just holler and the waitstaff appears right away. I came in late in the evening so just know it was not very busy.

i was kinda skeptical about trying out another phở place in the area but decided to try it since its so close to me. i believe parking would never be a problem, as the lot is huge. i walked in and was promptly sat. ordered the phở tai nam, and sadly, i found the broth too salty. my guess is too much fish sauce for my taste. however, the meat and noodle quality were good. it was actually the first time in a while that i couldnt finish a bowl. and at $ 6.52 after taxes, quite a deal for the portion. i decided to come back to try the $ 4 chicken phở. and this didn’t dissapoint. it was so perfectly delicate, concentrating the flavor on the chicken itself. the chicken was a rough chop of thigh/leg meat, so fresh, flavorful and tender. the accompanying sweet fish sauce dip was amazing. the noodles used were wide rice noodles, a bit less hearty than their regular phở noodles, but more delicate. i think using different veges than regular phở accompaniments could really raise this dish. after this second experience, i’m looking forward to trying a few other dishes, their 10 item combo, beef stew noodle, and hanoi chicken. the place is very clean, the service is great, value doesn’t get better.

3 stars at best. I first came here expecting to eat at Phở Jasmine a while back and didn’t like this place at all. Phở Jasmine was one of the better places around and I was still in shock they sold the place and nothing tasted the same anymore. I decided to give it another shot after seeing a lot of people enjoy the phở here. It was better than my first visit but it’s A-OK at best. The broth is okay but the meat here is rather sloppy. They’re sliced really thick and rough, especially the rare steak. Their portions are pretty generous though. There’s only one size for phở, going at $ 5.99 and I wasn’t even close to finishing it.

Cheap phở($ 5.99/bowl), but not great. The broth is very bland, and the 3 color bean($ 1.99) was not very good. Service was extremely lacking. They told our friends they couldn’t take our order because the kitchen was ‘too busy”. This is when we were all seated, so it took them 25 – 30 minutes to take their order — in a phở restaurant! When I asked one of the employees about my 3 color bean, he looked very annoyed and said, «it’s coming!» I wouldn’t come back. But if you want cheap, mediocre phở… this is your place.

Man. this place was hard to find. I drove by like three times before I found it. We got here 45mins before they closed and the server was very nice. She didn’t rush us to place our order either. We ordered two phos and an order of egg rolls. Usually, at other locations, the egg rolls will come out after the phở but this place, the egg rolls actually came out first. Definite plus! The egg rolls here are rolled using spring roll papers instead of the traditional egg roll wrappers. They make it look really fried. The egg rolls were so flavorful and came out hot. Five rolls for the order, I’m sold. The phở was came out in a big bowl, piping hot as well. The broth was so flavorful. They gave tons of noodles and meat. I really enjoyed the phở. While we were eating, the cooks and servers were off and actually walked out because the restaurant was closing for the night. The server that helped us even waved to us and said«bye». Which was weird, but nice.

This place is our easy go to dinner place. Service is great for just a relaxed restaurant and for the money. They also have tvs to show whatever games are on. I really like the Cornish Hen with red rice because it comes with a fried egg! Make sure you eat the rice with the fish sauce, it makes it so much better ! The phở soup is average, but for the price, ESP the 3.99 phở ga, it’s really a value. Their spring rolls are delicious especially the grilled pork one. I like it without the cucumber and not too much mint and here it’s just like that. The iced coffee is not bad. It’s not a lees coffee but it will do if you feel like one and it’s been pretty consistent here. If you are an easygoing person, love good food at a good value I would recommend this place.

Gotta love this place. The price is cheaper than places around here and they give you a large portion. I’m a regular at this place so the old lady who works here knows what i want eveytime i come here. Very good service and haven’t been disappointed yet! BTW they have pretty decent hainam chicken here for only 4 dollars!

More like 3.5 stars Pros: it’s super convenient just down the street with plenty of available parking ulike other Phở places nearby I’ve only had the rice dishes here. First place I’ve ever had broken rice. I’ve had their version of korean bbq, it’s ok some of their meat was all fat/bone. I enjoyed their simple grilled pork option. The meat could have easily been mistaken for chicken it was tender and not dry and it was tasty. They have various options in rice dishes that just get bigger and bigger. Their simple rice dish was a lot of food and around $ 6. It was a deal. I like their omelet it was interesting and good and that’s saying a lot since I don’t like anything w/yolk. Their eggrolls are unique for a viet place. It’s kind of flimsy doesn’t hold it’s shape but it’s super crunchy if that makes sense. It’s all bumpy like it was rolled in flour. Interesting it can be a lit’ salty though. But I can enjoy one.

Came here today with 3 of my co-workers. It seems every time the quality and portion become skimpier and skimpier and i only come here once in a while. We all had the number 1: Phở Dac Biet. and it barely even had any meat in it like maybe 1 – 2 pcs of each meat, tendon and tripe and they were tiny pcs. The noodle portion was alright. The soup however tasted really salty and old today. The reason for the 2 star is their chicken curry is actually not to shabby. Pretty decent for the area. Other than for the curry, i will not be back.

Exactly the Rating of 3 stars: A-OK HUGE portions for the price. Fast service. Given extra napkins and water refills without asking. Quality and taste of Phở and Vermicelli noodle bowls were average. Hence, 3 stars.

The lady waitress can be very pushy. Any more than 5 seconds with the menu is met with some opposition. I can deal with that, and the silly name. I really like the broth, more than any other place. Sweet delish broth… mmmmmm. It just fits me as a phở eater. The food has been pretty fresh and satisfactory for me, except for the peanut sauce that comes with the spring rolls: it’s really … weak and runny. But I don’t come here for spring rolls anyway. Minus 1 star for consistently pushy service, minus one star for religious Korean propaganda that I must face every time I go in.

Was visiting some friends in the area and they decided they wanted some phở so we all came in the other night and was greeted by a very helpful and rather quick waiter. Ordered the Phở and it was flavorful and comparable to most of the Westminster/Bolsa phở restaurants. The phở was a good sizable portion and the price is within the same range as some of Westminster/Bolsa phở restaurants also. Definitely would come back when visiting the area again and would recommend this restaurant to others also

Yesterday was the second time my boyfriend and I found our way to Phở Every 1(love the name by the way). Our first experience hadn’t been too memorable, but this time was totally different. We went in before 7. We were seated right away and were given waters and menus right off the bat. The boyfriend wanted the Phở, but that’s just not my cup of tea. He said that it was flavorful and that we would definitely be back again. Because I showed my college ID and checked in there on Unilocal, they offered us 15% off. That made our check ridiculously small. We kind of felt guilty that we got so much food for so little money. Now to my food. I got the broken rice with shrimp, grilled chicken, kind of like an egg quiche with meat in it, and a small salad. I also got soup. I can honestly say that it was soooo good. Everything on my plate was succulent. The chicken was grilled and glazed in sweet strips. The shrimp(all 2 of them, ;) were also grilled. Mmm mmm. I had never had that egg concoction, but it was good. I’m not a big eater so I was super full when we left. We also had the egg rolls and the spring rolls. Pretty darn good and exactly what you would expect. I love that there is a selection of food besides Phở. That way, everyone is happy. The service was fast and my water never went empty. Super plus, because I hate when I have to ask. It should just be done. So, overall, I highly recommend Phở Every 1. It’s nice and roomy and the food is good. You also can’t beat those prices.

i went there last night with the bf to have a quick dinner since the food truck option from the car meet didn’t entice our taste buds. the place is tiny and was packed with customers dining and ordering to go. we were sitted rather quickly since there’s only two of us. the ordering and waiting though took quite a while. i guess i can write that off to the fact that it was their grand opening day. the lady that took our order was a little bit rude though. they gave us coupons but it didn’t have any other specifics as to what would it have. case in point, an order of vermicelli. how in the heck would i know what else would it have? so while i was deciding what kind of meat i want, she was just staring at me. anyways, food wasn’t so bad for $ 2.50. we ended up ordering broken rice with grilled pork for lunch the next day, so i guess it’s a win-win situation. hopefully next time when we go back, the place isn’t so rushed and crowded. i’ll give you another chance Phở Every 1.

In the past, if I want Phở, I will go to the Phở Hoa on Valley and if I wanted the broken rice dish I would travel to Westminster at some place I can’t pronounce or spell. And this kind of Vietnamese food to me is not a type of food where there is much range in taste from one restaurant to another. Phở in itself is not special and this place is just another one of those places. With that being said, what they do have is variety. I have not found a place in the area that serves both decent phở as well as the 10 item broken rice dish I would have to travel to Westminster for. I am glad that if I am ever in the mood there is now a place close by. Although the dish does cost 12 dollars out the door, it has lasted me at least three meals. Is this place worth a try? Definitely.

First of all Phở Ha was closed today so i decided to search for a new phở restaurant in town, turns out this place got GREAT reviews on Unilocal. wow a 4.5 stars? my boyfriend was excited to go here. As we arrived a waitress seat us down and gave us probably 2 minutes to look through the whole entire menu and asked us if we’re ready… NOWE’RENOTREADY! … (+) We both decided to get phở, the portion was good, they’re not stingy about their meat at all, which is why they got one of the star above. (+) And they have a new promotion where if you check in, you’ll get one free eggroll per entre that you order. thats a plus. therefor another star. (-) they gave us a plate with mint leaves, and bean sprouts, and two small pieces of lime, so my bf asked if we can get more lime. and of course she forgot about it. Not to mention we were the only one there!!! (-) when my bf finished his water, we try to hint to the waitress by leaving his cup near the edge of the table so she can give him a refill but instead it seems like she was waiting for him to ask for it, we waited probably 5 – 7 minutes and she kept looking over to our table from her corner where she was having lunch… INTHERESTAURANTINDUSTRYYOUCAN’T WAITFORCUSTOMERSTOASKFORTHEIRREFILLS! NEVER! (-) We waited and waited, and as soon as we’re done with our meal, we asked her if our eggrolls are still coming and apparently she forgot about that one also. sigh… I work at a restaurant also, so i understand that sometimes you can forget a thing here and there if it’s a full house that you have to serve. But there were two servers, and one table so there’s no excuse to why the service was so terrible, TERRIBLE!!! My bf is usually easy going on service but today even him said this place has bad service…

The food is just ok. Nothing special at all. I went to try this because of the great reviews I read but as suspected, its mostly young people who are friend or friend of friends of the owners’ kids giving these positive reviews. The service is actually the worse part because when they are slow, everyone including the cooks from the kitchen comes sit outside in the dining room. Why is that a problem??? Because I understand what the cook is saying in her language and she is talking crap about different customers at different tables just by her observations. Ridiculous mom and pop style business.

Honestly, I can’t really differenciate the taste because all phở places almost always taste the same to me, BUT, this place definitely stood out. First of all, the size of the egg rolls were larger than those of the other phở places I’ve been to, and they were crunchy mmm. THEN, I ordered my regular phở with the meat balls and they were definitely not stingy with their ingredients. Almost the entire surface of my soup was covered with meatballs. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. Will be back again!

2.5 stars. The phở tai was decent and they give a good amount of meat to noodle, but the herbs were lacking(they only give basil). The bun with grilled pork and egg roll was a disappointment. The noodles were thin. The pork was dry and bland. At least the egg roll was tasty.

Service is swift like the attacks of the Vietcong on the US government. Noodles were just a tad bit overcooked(but didn’t spoil the overall experience). I would suggest getting all beef with none of the tendons because I think that is the highlight of this facility. I made a mistake ordering spring rolls instead of egg rolls and they changed it for me(with little resistance). Eggrolls have a nice«kyochon» texture to it. Very enjoyable. Price is about 2 – 3 dollars more than nearby competition.
