This is the place we go to when we dont wanna drive far just to have eggrolls! Honestly, we haven’t tried their phở. We will definitely try it next time. But if you are just craving for good eggrolls, this is the place to go to!

The egg rolls here are exquisite! The phở has a wonderful aroma and taste with an intriguing after taste; they provide, cilantro basil and other flavorful items for extra flavor.

Hands down, favorite phở spot. Not just in Rowland(and I work in garden grove so that says a lot). First of all its clean and doesn’t have that wet towel smell you find in a lot of phở restaurants lol. Second, they have the best egg rolls EVER. Super authentic OG Vietnamese egg rolls. haven’t found another phở spot that makes them as good as this. Third, the filet mignon rare steak is Tender and not chewy or tough like other places. This is my absolute favorite spot when I’m craving a bowl of phở tai.

Food came out really quick , Taste, meat amount — below average Service — terrible Little busier than other phở joint on lunch time Maybe because of its location, in a big plaza. It’s not worth 4 star place though.

I just had to give this place 5 stars solely on their Vietnamese Egg Rolls! I’m so glad the bf recommended it in her review(Ahem, Samantha C.)!!! The egg rolls came out on a platter filled with other veggies like sliced carrots and lettuce. They were so crunchy and flavorful! Each bite was amazing. We also got Bun Bo Hue and I loved the soup! It was spicy but not too overpowering. My boyfriend also loved their phở because the soup tasted super authentic and MSG free. I can’t wait to come back just for those egg rolls!!!

I ordered a dish and it was my mistake I ordered a noodle dish when I was craving for a rice dish. I felt bummed out. Especially when the waiter told me that is what I ordered and he didn’t offer to exchange it with rice. Then he started to explain how to eat everything. I guess to make sure we knew how to eat the food. I’m just not sure if I would come back. I can barely recall if the food was good.

Careful! This place is highly addictive :) I love their phở… specially on cold rainy days. Spring rolls are on point too. Keep up the great food!

Went with a friend to get phở after a long day… I had the Phở Dac Biet Xe Lua(Regular Special Phở), and she had three appetizers – Goi Bo Salad(Beef Sour Salad), Bo Bia Cuon(Vegetarian Roll), and Thit Nuong Cuon(Charbroiled Pork Roll). The foods were ok to good… nothing was exceptional. The Regular Phở came in a small bowl. This was the only place that did this. The next time I am ordering the was average. The Vegetarian Roll had over-cooked filling. Not ordering this again, The Charbroiled pork and beef were alright. I like the salad. Again nothing was special. This is a ok place – not a great place.

Fast and prompt service. The Phở broth is very flavorful and they are not stingy with their servings of meat and noodles. They also have very tasty vermicelli dishes, which are very refreshing to have on a hot day. This is my go to spot for Vietnamese cuisine.

This review is strictly for the spring rolls, because that’s all I ordered. It’s $ 4.50 for 2 fairly large spring rolls which have each been cut in half. The spring rolls dont have much in them. They have fresh lettuce, chicken, shrimp, leek, and the traditional noodle. Maybe some other ingredients I might have missed. But that’s good because I hate cilantro and green onio, so the fact that these ingredients weren’t in there were a plus. It was good when I bit into it. The peanut sauce could have been better. But it was still delicious. I like to put a lot of sauce in every bite so I used up all of my sauce.

Hallelujah! The best phở place I’ve found around! It’s Sunday and the place is packed. I was recommended here by a friend. In the last few days alone, my sister and I have tried places like Phở Ha and Phở Bamboo. Phở Rowland distinctly shines brightly in comparison to the number of places we’ve visited as of late. Their hen broth is hearty and prepared well. They packed my phở ga(chicken phở) with ample amounts of plump, juicy chicken(best chicken than any place *I’ve* ever tried… it doesn’t really get better than this, guys.) My order also came with half a parted square box of perfectly cooked rice noodles, a bundle of crisp bean sprouts, fresh chili slices, lime wedges(request a couple more if you’re placing an order for pick-up), fresh and tasty big leafies, and a small container for sauces. Comprehensive. Proportionate. Plentiful. Authentic. I’m very happy. (Thank you.)

Great food, probably the best in the Rowland Heights/Diamond Bar areas. The waiters speak English, thank goodness! I don’t really eat phở, but you can’t go wrong with phở here. I usually get the combination of meats if I do order phở. I also like bún riêu, more than phở actually, a rice vermicelli tomato-based soup with crab paste, yummm. The spring rolls here were good, but they are so pricey! $ 4.25 for a pair, cut in halves. Service here is good. They take your order and the food comes out fairly quick. Desserts here are good too. I’ve had the longan drink, three bean dessert, and the Vietnamese coffee(dripped, which I highly recommend, though, again, pricey). And, like other reviewers, I have to say this place is really clean, which is kind of weird for an Asian restaurant that’s not high-end, but I totally appreciate it.

3.75 — 4 stars. Casual atmosphere with fast service despite their sometimes busy lunch rush. Phở Rowland serves up decent Vietnamese food which does the trick for when I am not near Garden Grove/Westminister area. I’ve only ordered two dishes here: #2 Nem Nuong Cha Ram — 4 stars(2 pcs) $ 4.50. Summer Rolls with Charbroiled Pork, crispy rolls, and vegetables served with a side of warm dipping sauce. A good and acceptable substitute when not near Westminister to have Brodard Château’s 5 star rendition of this roll. #48 Charbroiled Chicken and Egg Rolls with Vermicelli — 4 stars, $ 8.95 Hot meets Cold. Cold Vermicelli noodles and fresh veggies(fresh mint, carrots, bean sprouts, cilantro and lettuce) served with slices of piping hot really great egg rolls and charbroiled marinated chicken and crushed roasted peanuts. Toss it altogether for a treat which is actually quite filling. I requested to try a taste of their beef phở broth, and for me a taste was quite enough. I would not be able to eat a whole bowl of it due to its salty taste, although it seems to be the draw and what most people order here. I am not a huge fan of the beef broth but apparently they can lower the sodium if asked. BTW: Still have not tried After’s Ice Cream but for all of you After’s fan’s, one is opening up in the location next door to Phở Rowland, it is under construction as of 12⁄2015.

This place is absolutely phở-bulous. Ch Giò(5 per order) Authentic Vietnamese Egg Rolls Hot, flaky, delicious! It come out on a huge platter with lettuce, vermicelli, pickled cabbage, and basil. This might be my new favorite spot for egg rolls. Cm Tht Nng /Bò Nng Ch Charbroiled Pork Or Beef & Egg Loaf with Steamed Rice Delicious! The pork is flavorful and the egg loaf is quite good too. Their rice is unique because it’s more minced and soft, and I loved every bite of it. So good. Even my friends who had the phở said it was super good! They do everything right!

I’m sorry for cheating on you, Phở Ha. I’m not exactly sure what I was thinking. It’s just… I haven’t had phở in so long. My friends talked me into it, saying this other phở is really hot. As soon as I had my first taste, I knew it was wrong. Definitely when I found that FLYINMYPHO. Never again. And the management wasn’t very apologetic, though they did replace it(but I had already lost my appetite). Egg rolls were pretty good though…

My fellow Unilocalers got it right. Egg rolls are legit. Flavorful and crispy just like the way they are suppose to be. Phở Dac Biet– Delicous– why? the meat is tasty and plentiful. I especially like the fatty brisket, perfect for this soup. Plenty of noodles and the broth was on point. Tip get a large, the small size is just that«small.» My wife tried the Bun Rieu, and though was not as good as Vien Dongs it comes in a close 2nd. Once again very flavorful. We order Grilled Chicken and Macaroni for our son, and it was a pleasant surprise. Chicken was good, but the Macaroni was very nice. It reminded me of a noodle world spaghetti sauce. The waitress said Ketchup, but it was more oil/garlic type sauce. Obviously the cook knows what she is doing because everything was good. People may not like the service, but people have to realize at Vietnamese places they just bring the food and get out of your way.

I was hungry so I ordered the Large Phở Dac Biet, and I was greeted buy a portion much larger than I had expected. Broth was on point, and overwhelming amount of noodles. Slightly wish there was more meat, but maybe i’m greedy. Great ingredients, good price, satisfied customer. And definitely coming back! Perhaps for the regular size phở next time :)
