I went here to fill my prescription after seeing the dentist and having 3 teeth pulled and the pharmacist. was racist little Indian woman and refused to fill my prescription due to her profiling me she didn’t bother calling to confirm my prescription and told me she wasn’t going to fill it no matter what I called the store manager Johnny and he did nothing about the situation, I was discriminated and treated badly. do not visit this location.. Terrible customer service.

If i can give negative marks to this location to the pharmacy area I would. Just looked at the reviews and they have too many negative reviews and I can’t believe management is ignorant to this. I’ve had the worst experiences here for the last year or so. No procedures in place, FAIL to provide advise on medication, when you ask for it they are rude about it, and to top it all off, they push the button«decline advise for medication» for you without asking if you want to be advised about medication. l because they are either lazy or don’t care about their profession and the people they are providing services for. I believe the staff were Jenny Tran, Eyi and Soo Choo. This is the exact reason where the misuse and miss information of prescription drugs begin. Pharmacist being irresponsible and careless of their profession. Hopefully the right set of eyes see this and do something about it before it’s too late. I will say that the staff in the rest of the store and polite and professional.

I just encountered the most ignorant woman ever in customer service. Maria was her name. An older asian man came in the store and waited patiently in line until it was his turn. Once he reached the counter, he quietly pointed to cigarettes he wanted. Maria then stood there and stared at him as if he was stupid. Then when she finally handed the cigarettes over to him, she asked for his I.D., which he could not understand. So she yelled it about 5 times … As if he would understand her the louder she got! She then followed by yelling: Chinese or Korean!!!” I finally decided to step in and assist the man even though I did not understand. He ultimately did not have his I.D. so he could not make his purchase but did he have to be yelled at and embarrassed throughout the store? Maria needs to find a job outside of customer service and learn to not be so ignorant. I will be contacting their manager and corporate.

Horrible phone service. Called for a stock check. Clerk places me on hold and never returns to the line. Called from a different phone(still on hold on the other) and ask for a manager. Manager check stock and apologized for clerks action. Little conciliation for a 10 minutes hold.

I’m new to this pharmacy and wanted to report a problem that I never had at any other drug store. I called in to see if my prescriptions were ready and was told NO! The man told me that there were no refills listed for the several medications I take, they were 90 day prescriptions. I asked why they hadn’t called the Dr… he said we don’t call doctors, you have to to it yourself! So, they don’t call customers to alert them of problems… and they don’t call doctors for RX. According to the other complaints here they also don’t read or give the correct meds. Where is management???

These people don’t know how to read!!! Aren’t we supposed to trust our pharmacist? My daughter’s dr wrote out an rx for antibiotics for her surgery, to be taken and the dr prescribed 5 ml 3 x’s a day… well these idiots typed out 5 tsp 3x’s a day! Can you imagine if I would have followed the directions, her health would have been destroyed, possibly even to death! Good thing I called the dr and double checked. These people are going to be sued one day for their lack of literacy! Or somebody will lose their life to being poisoned.

I was told that the advertised sales price would only be honored if I had my Rite Aid card or phone number. For ice cream? Are you kidding me? The cashier was very blunt and seemed bothered by each of my unsuccessful attempts to enter my phone number, not having my glasses to see accurately. When I asked her for assistance, she brushed me off with a lame answer and made it clear that I would have to pay regular price. I was so ready to just leave the ice cream on the counter and make her walk all the way back to the freezer to place the item back in stock, just to irritate her. To start, I feel that this store has been on its way to closure for several years now as it is always empty and I feel like I’m doing them a favor in shopping here. With so many other options closeby like Target, Costco, and Sam’s Club, employees should focus a bit more on customer retention as their prices are generally higher than the competition. There’s got to be a reason to revisit this store and there isn’t unless it is «on the way«.

The employees were all very nice :) My review is strictly for the ladies restroom. My 5 year old was having a potty emergency, and we were thankful that the staff allowed us to use their restroom. Upon entering and turning on the lights tons of little roaches went scurrying everywhere. It was terrifying for my child! But she really needed to go. So we entered a stall. No seat covers. Went to the other stall. No seat covers. There was no time to make one out of toilet paper. She had to go. So she sat of a filthy toilet seat. It was disgusting!!! I couldn’t believe how rite aid could allow their restroom to be caked with filth. On the way out the I noticed that their hourly cleaning paper had been initialed. WT???

I had 2 gift cards to purchase and the cashier told me before he rang me up that I had to pay with cash or debit only. No credit card. I said are you serious, he said yes, that it’s the store policy.

NEVERCOMETOTHISPHARMACY. The pharmacy is so terrible that I created a separate business page for it so that its reviews would not be averaged out by the reviews about the drugstore as a whole. That being said, indirect you to the Rite Aid page for further reviews on the pharmacy. I have an appointment with my allergy doctor on a Friday. He electronically sends my prescription to this Rite Aid Pharmacy, assuring me that it would be ready by the time I got there. I decided to pick up my prescription on Saturday. The pharmacist asks to see my insurance card, punches the number into her computer, and concluded that my insurance is invalid. Being covered under my father’s work’s insurance plan, I find this surprising as he is a full-time accountant. I call the customer service number on my insurance card, and after wasting 5 minutes they affirm that my insurance plan is and has been active since 2006. I inform the pharmacist, and she says that she’ll call my insurance company herself, ad that it’ll take 30 minutes, so I leave her my phone number and go out for a drink. An hour later, I’m sick of waiting, so I go home. Another full hour later, the pharmacy calls me and says they got the insurance worked out, but they need to order one of the items and it won’t be ready until Monday. I arrive on Monday, and the item they ordered was ready, but they lost the prescription for my other medications, and long story short they had to sit me down for 45 minutes while they prepared the rest of my prescription. I REPEAT, NEVERCOMETOTHISPHARMACY.

There’s only one cashier that serves the customers most of the time, which makes the line long, and it takes a long time. Other than that, the ice cream is my favorite!

closest rite-aid to home. has the thrifty’s ice cream i LOVE! however, i just realized that they raised their prices: $ 1.79 for a single scoop. :( other than that, the store is pretty clean, the employees are nice, knowledgeable, and are happy to help. can’t say that about all the locations!

Not too many of us would be able to say that they know someone who doesn’t appreciate Thrifty ice cream because at the very least, it’d be okay in relation to its price but never bad or horrible or omfg-what-is-this-monstrosisty. But we came dangerously close. Now I’m not sure about other locations, but this Rite Aid needs to better upkeep its stash. My coworkers and I came in expecting a yummy dessert after our lunch, but instead we received old ice cream at regular price served with a side of attitude. We understand you’re busy(not really) and we understand that it’s a hassle that we all want our ice creams on separate tabs, but the lady who assisted us refused to give my coworker a new scoop of ice cream after he noticed something funky underneath the ice cream. She seemed rather irritated by him even asking, not that she seemed like she was in a good mood to begin with(though it wouldn’t kill her to at least crack a smile and say hi). She said that it was probably just«ice» because«nothing else gets in there.» Um, so how often do you switch out your ice cream to have noticeably big ice crystals forming? One of my other coworkers was smart enough to buy a pint instead. Forget the cone and cup if it means I have to sacrifice what should be a creamy and flavorful sweet for a grainy, watered down product. Maybe this Rite Aid just wasn’t having a good day.

This store is good. The lines kinda suck but overall good store. The only thing that sucks is the traffic around it.

I go to this Rite Aid a lot. So much that I somehow racked up enough points to be a Gold Tier member. This location might not seem as fancy as others, but they have everything I need. They have a much bigger chocolate section than other Rite Aids. You can score some super cheap seasonal boxed chocolates during sales(can’t wait for post-valentines sale!). Plus they always seem to have my favorite packaged ice cream flavor, cotton candy. I always see the same 3 workers here: the older white gentleman in glasses, the asian girl, and the asian dude. The older white gentleman(I think he’s the manager) knows everything: where every item in the store is, what items are on sale, and how much they cost. Look for him if you need help!
