Defect product. Terrible service. We have made many purchases there for the past four years. Their price is not that good but this location was easy for us. There has been no problem until they sold us a defect product, the comforter cover does not fit. When we took it back asking for a replacement, their staff played hard core denial, decline and defense. Despite we have been long time customers, they insisted that we washed/​dried it wrong, and there is absolutely no possible way that their comforter cover has a defect. How arrogant! When they pulled out other covers, it was so obvious and even the staffs themselves admitted that the covers should be bigger. They don’t give refund, no replacement, only store credit which we did not take because we don’t plan to go back there again.
