Sprint Store

Go speak to Lauren Ford. Patient and very helpful. Helped me with my upgrade and went over my bill with me to find he best options for me ! First time I leave a sprint store with out spending over $ 100.

Hate beeing in these stores so long… but these peeps are super helpful! Thanks for everything!

If negative stars were available this location would have a received a score of negative 10. Having arrived at this location, spending 20 minutes browsing and not once being addressed by staff at all. ABSOLUTELY NO CUTOSY and LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. I have always excelled in my career in sales, operations, marketing & management, the quality of employees at this store is UNACCEPTABLE by the most minimal standards. It would serve as an example warranting immediate corporate resolve!

So I go into this store to get another line and or phone. After looking over my options that suited me best. I also agreed to purchase a tablet. My total bill thus far is in excess of at least twelve hundred dollars at this point. Ive been in the store for longer than I had planned but I was happy with everything… until, I asked them where their bathroom is. The salesman said they didnt have one and suggested i meander on over to The big five or some place to use their facilities. I asked him where he and his fellow coworkers go to the bathroom. He said «Oh, right back there» as he pointed toward the rear of the store. (he said earlier they didnt have any) Apparently NOT for customers. I told him i only needed to urinate. He said i couldnt go back there. Apparently he was concerned I might steal the rest of their ajax and various other cleaning supplies. I reminded him I was spending 1200.00 dollars there. No can do. I spend 1200.00 in your store and your going to refuse me the bathroom facilities? I bounced and took my business else where. Good Salesman!!!,???

I did not know what it was about these corporate Sprint stores and their terrible reputations; but after visiting this location, I understood why it was so.
The staff.
At nearly every Sprint Store that I have ever been to, there was an unmistakably negative attitude present with the employees that were placed there to serve the customer.
If you have a question or even worse yet, an actual problem with your product at this Rowland Heights Sprint Store; preemptively expect to be looked down upon by whoever is standing in front of you, or you may be caught off guard by the sheer amount of condescension exuded by some of the employees at this particular location.
I do not enjoy naming specific people, but I feel it is an obligation to point out for others’ sakes that a certain employee named Andrew was one of the more patronizing workers in desperate need of a reminder that his self-​entitled millennial attitude does not correspond well to the unmistakable reality that he’s just a Sprint Store low-​waged associate, and an ineffective one at that.
Seriously? You are going to openly roll your eyes at me when I ask you to look into swapping my defective iPhone 6, only to pull back like a neutered coward after I asked you to your face if we had a problem?
With that being said, I would like to compliment one person here: Tony, the store manager.
His aura of professionalism derives from his own personal quality of uncanny precision that focuses directly into the problem of the customer instead of pointlessly meandering about the issue until tempers on both sides explode.
His amiable demeanor and effective interpersonal skills establish an image which I hope all of the workers at this store aspire to mimic to some degree; because his treatment served to be the saving grace of this store’s rating from my standpoint.

Walked in and 3 representatives and none asked to help me… damn store was empty. they all had full of shit attitude with sticks up their asses like they have a speacil degree to be customer service… ever going in this store again. I wanted to get Iphone 6 plus an acted like no one can get it and it was a waste of their time to order for me!
