Horrible horrible I turned in 2 phones for jump and they didn’t turned them in or put them in I still ended up paying on them for another year and I’ve called them out many times them and T-​Mobile and they just keep saying they will look into it and call me back. Never do I get a call back

This store is always busy, went last night to get my new phone set up. Had to transfer all my info from my old phone to the new phone, and customer service was excellent, was greeted when I walked in and was assisted right away. They didn’t just do the basic service, they took their time to help out and made sure that everything was going smoothly. I also saw that they gave outstanding service to the other customers. Big thanks to the night crew, keep up the good work

Came here last week because I had terrible service at another location. It was really busy when first walking in but we still got greeted & you and get your name to put on a waiting list. It was about a 30 min wait but again there was a lot of people so I can’t take away a star because they were busy. Finally got called and was helped by Bao. Really nice girl. Asked what we needed/​wanted and of course had her recommendations. Some people get turned off by the upswell, but it’s part of their job. I really respected that she wasn’t too pushy on it. She explained the perks of stuff but respected that I only wanted certain things. She was also nice to my mom and made her feel comfortable and included, which is kind of hard. She was knowledgeable, funny and always smiling. She was able to upgrade my phone, my moms phone and my dads. She even offered for my mom to come back so she can teach her how to use the Galaxy 5s, hahah. All the workers were very patient and was multi-​tasking like crazy, but they had everyone walking out with a phone or their problem fixed. Great customer experience and a new iPhone 6s

I went to a DIFFERENT t mobile store telling them about the problems on my phone and how it wasn’t working and that I needed it for work and they didn’t even try to SELL me a new one! I then came to THIS t mobile store and was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Ramiro L. I explained my situation and even after looking at different options and exploring new phones and price plans, he was able to solve my problem by replacing my problematic phone instead of making me buy a new one, effectively saving me a ton of money and taking a huge weight off my shoulders. THANK YOU RAMIRO!

Don’t go to this store. Horrible customer service. Manager would not let me exchange a broken phone purchased for 30 days without charging me because I did not notice the problem within first 14 purchase day.

This is the closest corporate store to me, but I swore after the first horrific customer service experience I wouldn’t come back! Laziness forced me back (because I didn’t want to drive over the hill into Whittier). Learned my lesson this time. I will never return to this store again. The staff is comprised of indifferent, rude 20 something’s. They «pimp» the phones and plans like mad to make their sales numbers, but they don’t give a damn when you have an issue with your phone or service. Get a clue T-​Mobile and don’t staff a store entirely with high school and college kids that address customers as «dude» and «boss» instead of «sir» or «mister». You should have a manager there that is over 30 that isn’t working his or her first job acquired because of their «mad computer gaming skills».
And what’s with all the extra «service charges» for returning a phone under warranty for replacement?..
Stay clear of this store, unless you are a teenager or pothead that wants to shoot the breeze with like-​minded acne scarred artisans.

Lack in customer service skills. I would have walked out with a new phone and line had they not Sucked in customer service. One star is being generous.

I went there 2 times for some issue I’m having with my phone, and they fixed it right away. Great customer service indeed.
They always have enough staff, and both time I didn’t wait for too long. Which is a big plus; whereas, at&t, I need to wait for quite some time…

Best experience ever at a cellular store! DIANA ORTIZ CERNA helped us as soon as we walked in and from the beginning till the end she made us feel comfortable and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. She was very friendly and felt like we’ve known her for ever. Definitely a great experience and we walked out with our new phone. Not to mention how she gave us a fast courtesy call letting us know how my fiancé left his id and she was waiting for us outside to hand it to us. Someone needs to give her a raise! ;) thank you Diana!

Ray is the T mobile Jesus. I came in because the screen on my brand new Galaxy S5 crashed on me BEFORE I even got to transfer all my pictures! Over 1000 pics. It was IMPOSSIBLE to transfer over the pics without a screen, but instead of just saying it can’t be done, Ray was up to the challenge. Like a swift ninja he ghosted my phone with another funcional S5, using 2 hands he mirrored the movements of his fingers on both phones ever-​so-​gracefully, as I sat there w/​0% hope (no freaken way this was gonna work) I then heard the words «got it». He performed a miracle. It was awesome. I couldn’t be more thankfull. Anyways ask for Ray the T mobile Jesus he preforms miracles and what not.

Store is very nice!!! My husband finally got me iPhone 5 end of year 2012 and I was having trouble getting the right size SIM card for my iPhone… We went to one of the tmobile authorize dealer near by but they weren’t able to help me with getting the right SIM card. This place got my problem solve and gave me a promotion gift item ear piece^^ so nice of them!

Called before coming to the store about the availability of some phones I was interested in. The girl who answered said both of them were in stock. Drove 30 miles and they told me it was out of stock. Thanks for wasting my time! They did not even apologize. Ray, the sales leader, was not welcoming at all. He was rude and not very helpful.
This store should take some lessons from the T-​Mobile in Rosemead Plaza. Great customer service, friendly and helpful staffs.

Came here twice and the staff both times were great. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
** It was a terrible month and I lost my phone and my boyfriends.**
They saved me money on not needing to purchase a sim card for $ 25.00. How to avoid the SIM card fee?
When you lose or if your phone is stolen, you automatically recieve a free sim card.
They aren’t here for commission, they are here to truly help you. This is my local to-​go T-​Mobile Store, whenever I have any questions or issues.

The customer service is really great here. They do a good job explaining everything without overwhelming you. Alex and David specifically were very helpful. The chargers and accessories are so expensive here though :(They have a wide selection of phones here, even the iphone 5.
