I had to ship bulky stuff from an exhibition and they were so helpful with finding the right size of boxes and with packing everything. Thank you!

UPS su@k$. Why? I received 2 packages on my doorstep. Not for me, so I call a location and they tell me I have to drop it off at the UPS hub. (DTLA). F that. I call another UPS # and that person collects info from me and tells me that they are sorry and they will send a driver to pick up the packages to send back to the shipper, after a 20 minute phone conversation. Next day when packages are supposed to be picked up… Nope. Day 2… nope. WTF. UPS, you su@k. It wasn’t a neighbors package, otherwise I would have taken it to them.

Just came in today and was told UPS will start charging to tape boxes. The associate said they can do one strip of tape for free; more tape would cost extra. Kind of annoying. I’m just going to start going to the one by my house, which charged $ 1 to tape a box to begin with but is much closer.

Always fast and friendly. Have been using them for years for the PO box service and shipping.

Sent out an important package for work, asked for next day air am service. The employee confirmed it would get there the next day before noon. I asked him multiple times «so you are sure it will get there tomorrow», he confirmed yes each time. However, the next day I find out it was sent as second day air. It was useless for my package to arrive on second day air at its destination. I called to complain and the employee that sent the package apologized admitting to his mistake. Told me that he would leave a message for the manager named Sam. I get no call back and call Sam the next week. He tells me he was aware of the problem but can’t issue me a refund because I didn’t double check myself. I don’t mind that he couldn’t issue me a refund but he didn’t even seem apologetic at all. Even the employee that made a mistake said sorry. I hope Sam gets hit by a car… I’m jk I’m just venting because my boss yelled at me.

Really nice people. Worked with us. Not that ups is ever a «deal» but made us feel very good as we left the store. Even filled our somewhat spacious box with spare peanuts at no extra charge. Nice.

It’s 11am and no answer. How do you expect to have business if you don’t answer the phone?

I just dropped something off and the guy who worked there was very helpful. Quick service. The only reason why I gave only 4 stars is because I had to buy a padded envelope to put my book in and that cost almost $ 3!!! That’s what I get for not bringing my own! UPS is located in the shopping center off of Colima Rd. and Fairway. The best thing about this place is it’s convenient and opens at 8:30am (I went on a Wednesday). I didn’t check the hours on the other days…

I only come in here to drop off boxes that are already pre labeled. To be honest, I don’t think the people behind the counter care.

Had to send an iPad 2 for Amazon.Com’s trade-​in program, came in with nothing but the iPad and the label. The staff did the packing and all, and didnt even charge extra (I just paid for the box).
If that isnt GOOD service, what is?

Super quick and painless to ship something here! I came here to ship a document to my friend who needed it ASAP in China. I tried to buy a label last night on UPS’s website but it kept on giving me error messages and stressing me out so I just gave up and decided to come here today.
I walked in and told the employee that I needed this envelope to arrive in China as soon as they can get it there (which is about 2 business days). He said «We can do that, but it might be expensive». I checked prices on USPS, UPS and DHL and UPS was actually the cheapest and fastest way to ship a document to China with the fastest time. I gave him the address I needed to ship it to in China in both English and Chinese and he printed up a label for me. He also kept the piece of paper that I typed of the address in Chinese to paste onto the envelope for the Chinese post office to read for a more accurate address.
I was so happy that it was so quick and painless because during Labor Day weekend, I was stressing out about how I should mail the document. There was also no line when I arrived! Another man came into the store a little after me but another UPS employee was able to help him on another register.

Excellent service and courteous staff. Much better than FedEx Office in Industry. The owner takes pride in the service provided. It’s a bit small, but if there is a line, it goes quick.

The people here are friendly and helpful, a similar store closer to me charges $ 1 to just drop off a UPS shipment. None of that nonsense here. Simon is very helpful.

Excellent service! Sam, one of the managers, is one of the best people ever! He’s always friendly and very honest. All the other employees there are pretty helpful and friendly too. I highly recommend this UPS Store!

I’ve been to this UPS recently to ship something back and the clerk was extremely helpful and courteous. She help me with a few things like stop the UPS guy from dropping off packages at my door without my signature and so on. I am even considering opening a postal box with them that is how much i appreciate their service.

Some great service was had at this UPS store.
I had to go buy boxes for some Christmas gifts that needed to be shipped, and the guy was super friendly. I was stuck between sizes of boxes, and he was patient and helped me out tremendously.
Then I had to head back to actually drop them off the next day — and the girl that helped me was also quite friendly.
Overall — this is the type of service I expect from the UPS stores and I was not disappointed.

BLOT: Small home town service still exists. Super friendly and always willing to help.

This is a great resource for someone who needs a personal or business mailbox. or just needs to ship something. It’s fill service, so you can bring in anything and they’ll wrap it, tag it and ship it for you. Or, you can bring in your pre-​printed UPS shipping forms and just dump your boxes and run.
I have two mailboxes here for different business and have been a customer since they opened. They are located in the Albertson’s parking lot, so there is plenty of parking. Although, if you have big packages you may not get to park right in front as there is a boba shop next door who’s customers usually camp out for a spell.
