Food here is super amazing. Without a doubt. So good, I returned for more. However, I came by today, Friday, March 11^th at 1:20pm and they were closed. No sign as to why or when they were coming back. Unilocal hours do not state if they are closed during certain hours or days.
Please change or update information. Very disappointed. Will update review stars when done.

Don’t be turned off by the emptiness of the restaurant (it’s still new and not many people know about it yet). If you like spicy Szechuan food then this place is for you!
Kung pao chicken: it was really tasty and tender. Probably my favorite out of all of the other Chinese restaurants in Rowland.
Green beans w/​minced pork sauce: also really good! Some places have squeaky string beans but these were cooked well and yummy.
Fried pork ribs: tastes like the «fried pork chops with spicy salt» that other restaurants serve, but a bit better.
Would come again! :)

The food was really good, and they all came out fast enough to kept us nonstop eating, nobody has to wait with the hungry stomach. Although they are known for spicy food, but they also has many non spicy dishes for everyone to enjoy, this is a restaurant that regardless of spicy or non spicy eater could come and enjoy the food together, I even brought my kids there and they enjoyed the food! Also, the staffs are really friendly.

Brrrr it’s cold out and we wanted something hot! Apparently I misunderstood slave girl’s instruction and came to this place for some «hot» food.
It’s a new restaurant that just opened not too long ago. Hiding all the way in the back of diamond plaza, I hope they will make it because their food is actually delicious.
We got the lamb dry pot and spicy boiled fish. They also have side dishes that’s tugged by the entrence but it’s no where to be seen on the actual menu. Since no one mentioned them to us when we were ordering, we didn’t get any. We got both dishes mild and it was most perfect. We were able to taste the food while enjoying the tingling from the peppers. Only sad thing for me was they used a lot of bean sprouts in the spicy boiled fish. I am used to see napa cabbage and it would have been better imo. Also, they don’t charge for rice.
Service… Well, it’s not authentic if you get any services ever in Chinese restaurants. Now I am going to end this with my crying. Unilocal check-​in gets you $ 10 off, but with no signs or communications of any sort, you actually HAVE TO spend more than $ 30 before you can use it, and you MUST pay with cash. Wtf… tax invasion much? Because of that, I had to get something to take home after my meal. I picked the beef with tendon slices side dish. It was quite tasty for my next day’s lunch.
They do accept credit card, but again, with no signs, you must spend more than $ 20 before you can use it. I would go back though.

I heard this newly open SzeChuan food from friends, so I decide to drop by with few more SzeChuan foods lover here. Is not hard to find with the new & special sign bored in front. Lol.
As we walk in, server give us a warming welcome.
& seat us down. Server present us the special tea that they made (sorry forget to take picture with the pots & cups.), server do introduce us the food menu & tell us that everything can be make with mild spicy.
Food: Fish! Fresh as they just caught it up. With the spice with it. It bring out the spicy & the fresh fish meat! The chicken! Dude is a boom! Perfectly prepare! Omg the soup, it just make me don’t feel like sharing it with my friends. Crab! Well done! The favor is just that you can image (sry, I was to excited eating totally forgot to take the crab dish picture.)! Others small dishes, was delicious! So what are you waiting for?
Service: I don’t need to say much here. Even the chef came out to introduce the foods. Chef even bring dishes our the server us. How friendly he is!
Price: Give it a try! If you love spicy foods. There no complaints with the freshness foods the server!

This place just newly open and it’s one of the better Szechuan restaurant around the area. Don’t be fool by the small front door, its actually pretty big inside. They also have private party room, which is good for big party.
Food: They serve top quality food, not overly spicy and tasty really good. They’ve a live fish tank, so you know their fish is definitely fresh. Must try their house special chicken soup, it’s out of this world. The chicken is so tender and the soup is so flavorful. They even have flower tea and fluffy ice, surprisingly they’re also really good. I don’t mind to come here just for the fluffy ice, lol.
Location: It’s located towards the end of Diamond Plaza. Very easy to find, but very hard to find parking if you come during weekends.
Service: Server is friendly and very attentive. The chef even come out to meet us, and told us that he had won all kind of culinary awards. What an awesome character! You know the food can’t go wrong when you have a chef that love his work this much.
Price: Very reasonable priced with big portion. For the quality of food that they’re serving, its definitely worth it.
If you like Szechuan food, you’ll love it here. I’ll definitely come back again and recommend it to all my friends.

I love the service here. I drived far from Redondo beach to here. My favorite food is the spicy fish. It’s fresh, and not too much spicy than I expect. The chef is really nice, and I took a pix of him today!

Spicy Szechuan food, it always had been my favorite dish, it’s good to know there’s Szechuan restaurant in Diamond Plaza here in the Rowland Hts, so convenience, we don’t have to go to West side any more.
My favorite dishes are Saliva Chicken, Slice Beef & Ox Tongue in chili sauce, spicy pork, White Gingco Chicken Soup, Spicy Fried Fish, Spicy Broiling Two items, deep fried Lamb Chop, and they also have Chinese slush ice for dessert too.
Such great restaurant got all this good spicy food, I will come back for more, that’s for sure.

XY Connect It’s not super fancy or anything, but I do have a good time with my friends. Sichuan style is always a delicious spread of cold dishes/​appetizers.
It’s probably one dish you should order of you are not familiar with Sichuan cuisine. It’s a great balance of savory, spicy, and tart flavors.
Spicy cold chicken It’s very very tasty.
Doused in a bunch of dried chili peppers, stir frying it with garlic and other aromatics, really brings out a whole bunch of flavors.
I love cold mung bean noodles, I always get this dish when it’s available, it’s my favorite.
There are so many Sichuan restaurant, but this restaurant have a lot more delicious dishes, trust me this place you be glad that you give a try.

New spicy Hunan/​Szechuan restaurant that opened in Diamond Plaza. Food was really good.
You can tell them your level of spicy depending on your preference. They also serve other non spicy food and soups. Definitely give them a shot!

The sliced beef and tripe in hot sauce are very good, but outside of this everything is below average.
Soup of the day tasted worse than plain water.
Fried frog with spicy sauce is just spicy hot lacked the famous Sichuan fragrance of the hot oil.
Eggplant in spicy garlic sauce is the version made for Chinese not too sweet or sour. I am used to the version made for American – sweet, sour and spicy hot.
All in all not very bad, but will not return for more.

This is my first review, and there is a good reason why I decided to make this restaurant my first review. The food here is very good, how good? I order many different dishes (8 to be exacy) and each of them have their unique taste to it, that is very rare to have, also their staff is super friendly. I highly recommended it.

Good Sichuan food with grand opening discount. Soup, flower tea, hotpot shrimp and hotpot lamb, 烤鱼, cold dish are good. Taste better than 滋味成都

One of the best new restaurants in town. We ordered 8 dishes and all the food are very delicious. The owners and servers are very professional and nice to our group! Strongly recommend for someone who likes spicy and hotpot!

It is a new opening Sichuan restaurant. I love their dry pot (shrimp and lamb) and grilled fish and chicken soup. Great customer services. Definitely recommend!

SUCH GREAT SERVICE. Everyone here is so friendly !! Honestly probably one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in rowland heights. They have a lot of spicy food that’s better than Cheng du tasty. I got the dry pot with lamb and shrimp, fish in chilli oil, twice cooked pork, and the crispy rice with mixed vegetables. The portions are huge but DELICIOUS. My favorite was the crispy rice it’s soooo yummy. We also had the spicy pork ear, so bomb. They have a large selection of foods so definitely ask the waiter to recommend stuff. Will be coming back :)

I and my friend try the bolied fish. that is a amazing… the fish is very fresh. and the spicy is very very good. I love it!
