Bayview is the best Marina on Lake Ray Hubbard. The staff are always friendly and helpful and our boat has always stayed secure. The water here is deep so we never have to worry about low lake levels and everything we need is conveniently located. Our family has always had a pleasant experience here!

If you like having your stuff broken into, park your boat here.
If you like getting a cryptic postcard in the mail 4 days after your stuff is broken into, park your boat here.
If you like not getting your deposit back on your entrance card after you vacate marina, park your boat here.
These people are pure dishonesty in every sense of the word. They lie and they enable thieves. And frankly, the guy running the place is a total asshole. Screw them.

Bayview Marina is THE WORST!
My annual slip rental contract, after ELEVEN YEARS of being at Bayview Marina, has FINALLY come to an end… I moved the boat IMMEDIATELY.
Before I would sign another contract with the owner of this marina again, I would simply let the boat drift in the lake.
The boat would be safer, it would be much cheaper and the service would be the same.
To the rest of the slip holders, have you checked out Chandler’s Landing, Captain’s Cove or Rush Creek? If not, you should!

Docks are not taken care of. Boats are in secured area with a security guard, but several issues with vandalism. My boat was damaged by someone backing in to it, someone painted their boat and the overspray got all over my boat, and someone tore off my cover (it was on correctly).
As far as the staff, they are friendly, but the place is managed poorly. Mgmt never returned my phone calls, and the accouting dept kept calling several times thinking my boat was there and I had already removed it months prior. After explaining and explaining several several times on 6 different occasions they finally fixed it and quit calling and sending letters. Also received a phone call two months later apologizing for the issues. I asked why are you now just calling me? The response, it was the first they heard of it! Lol
Great location, but with lake levels low, no private dock to use, I see no benefit. Plus I don’t have to worry about spiders building luxury condos in my boat!

I have rented a space here for the past 2 years, over that time I have Jan a battery stolen and gas was siphoned from the tank. There is security there but they never see or investigate anything. If you choose to rent here, beware of the thieves that are free to roam and steal from your boat. It’s a shame too because you have easy access to a private dock. They say there are survielence cameras but are there for only show. Beware of this place. Currently looking for a more secure location to park my boat
