Don’t be fooled by the nice appearance of this facility. The services provided are extremely limited, and the wait time to be seen is extensive, even when there is no one else in the waiting area. You’ve been warned!

Nice building, nice waiting room, and that is about all I can say that is nice. I went in for just a regular physical for work and it took 3 hours. Could not seem to get my blood pressure down, when a different assistant came in to try it, she pressed a different button on the machine. It was much lower, but when asked why a different button she couldn’t explain. As I was being told, I would need to go to another doctor for my blood pressure, I asked why the different button and just got a nasty look. I left very upset and stressed out. Went to a different walk in clinic and passed with flying colors. I just amazed for the lack of reply the assistants at place give.

Very clean… both waiting room and exam room. Ashley (PA) and Amanda (MA) were professional and personable. Received a call from the supervising physician two days later to check how i was doing. I’d recommend

I called this morning at 9:00 exactly to get a price on an office visit and there was no answer just a recording so I waited until 9:02 still no answer. They should not advertise as being open at 9:00 am if they dont plan on working according to the bussiness hours. I decided to go to integra urgent care and the service was great!

The staff was friendly when I went there last Thursday. The Doctor told me to call back, if I didn’t feel better. Five days later, still have a sinus infection. Wanted to see if he could call in a prescription. Amanda told me I would need to return and pay again. Five days was to long.
I would not recommend this place.

Horrible experience.
Go to care now or any other urgent care. My wife was asked to come up there to get a prescription. They didn’t say she needed medical papers from the ER. So she wasted 2 hrs and still got nothing for it.

Went there today very clean office and the staff were all so friendly we were in and out in no time at all. i would definitely be back and recommend this as an urgent care over all the other ones I’ve been to.

After being turned away from another facility down the street because of a glitch in the online system for our insurance, I came here. This facility was having the same issue, however they did allow me to pay the copay and be seen. The front desk was very friendly, nurse even engaged conversation with me and the Dr that treated paid more attention to me than my regular primary. Will use again!
