Advertised summer picnic for $ 20, but charged 20.99 when asked, the manager Alberto said he didn’t know why, but that was what the register showed. Really?
And they always run out of hot sauce. Definitely need a new management.

Oh my this location horrified me last night! I had to cancel my order after I saw the cook breading the chicken with NO GLOVES and then he went to take chicken out of the flour with his hands all covered in batter. I just don’t understand places that allow such things. I’m sad because I will never trust Popeyes again to eat there!

Very poor customer service. I had to wait to place my order in the drive thru for 2 minutes then wait about 14 minutes in line, then pay and after 3 more minutes got my order. After all I won’t recommend this place it needs to have someone that really wants a job and manage their business seriously. By the way got home and my order was WRONG!

This place is ridiculous!!!
They tell me chicken will be ready in 15 minutes. 40 min later it’s still not ready but I don’t wanna be one of those customers that bitch!
But enough waiting. I got up to ask. And they tell me again. It’ll be ready in six minutes.
This place is dirty. The kitchen is filthy.
If your in the mood for popeyes chicken. DO NOT GO TO ROWLETT LOCATION.
