I’m new to the personal trainer path, and am so happy I was referred here. The other clients are just like me: needing to get healthy after years of neglect, and everyone here makes you feel proud of yourself for showing up. Their trainers know every client by name. They help you stay focused on your goals, and teach you how to track your progress. Their equipment syncs up with your fit device so there is no guess work on whether you’re reaching your target heart rate. I feel 100% comfortable here, and never self conscious. With 60 lbs to lose, that’s important to me. Too much good stuff to type about Studio 850.
