The wings are good, but not as good as in other locations. Also, the tables were sticky so it wasn’t pleasent to eat on. I didn’t have issues with the service though.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been here twice and both times something has been wrong with my order. Today I came in having ordered online and although I got an email confirmation they had not received my order. No biggie except I had a schedule to keep and the only person in the restaurant who spoke English was on the phone. So I had to wait over 5 minutes to even place another order. Did I get an apology? No I didn’t. Just a «sometimes that happens». I ordered a drink because I would have to wait on my order. Was that drink complimentary? No it was not. List a customer.

We have dined at Wingstop many times. This one in Rowlett has the worst service/customer service. We asked for adult cups for water instead of the child cups they offered. They wanted to charge us– and they were styrofoam! Meanwhile an employee flaunted her adult styrofoam cup n front of us. At least, we are 70% sure she was a woman. Bad customer service. We ordered a lot of food and you seriously dont want to extend good customer service and give us adult cups? We ordered 1 soda and 3 waters. The redemption is in the wings, but Allen’s location is better– friendly service there.

This place has been consistently good. And the place is really clean. Unfortunately it’s just down the street from me and so that makes it «bad» for me.
I just give 4 stars bc of the price. $ 10 for ten wings, a drink and small fries I do personally find high.
