Came back to give this place another try. Our waiter took our drink order but forgot to give us menus… After 15min i asked if we could get some he said yes and then after another ten minutes he obviously forgot so I went on a search for them on my own. He finally came by and took our order and never apologized for the menus. When our food finally arrived our waiter forgot to put in my sisters order. So she had to wait another twenty minutes. The food was alright but for some reason the A05 has gotten smaller every time we come. The waiters here really need some training.

Meh. Not the same anymore since the helpful employees left. Food quality seems to be inconsistent now.

Delicious phở, surprisingly good frozen yogurt, and mediocre service. I go frequently.

Sorry this place was not my fav because the food and service was worst I have ever experienced! Bad food, rude staff, and it was expensive for what you get. Especially the Pad thai… Ahahahaha it was a joke when we ordered it… Very unpleasant smell and taste…

Came for lunch and got pad Thai that smelled awful. It was like the pad Thai had died and they dug it up and put it on a plate. We asked to send it back and the waiter said that his manager refused to throw away food. The worst part is that Tim the manager said the waiter would have to pay for it if we sent it back! We still ordered another dish and willingly paid so the waiter would not suffer but not coming back due to the bad smell and attitude of Tim the manager.

Hands down the best broth I have had. .. including my experience in Vietnam. The staff is friendly and the service is quick(as it is in most phở restaurants). The yogurt/phở combination is a little odd, but I like it. And honestly after consuming such a beautiful, hot bowl of happiness, its nice to top it off with a little bit of tasty frozen yogurt. Especially on these hot summer days. I will drive 45 minutes just to get this restaurant’s recipe for phở, so delicious! Oh, and their Vietnamese grilled pork spring rolls are delicious. I eat way too much every time, but it is so worth it!

My husband and I stopped in at yogurt wasted tonite with our grandsons and we’re very disappointed with this place! It’s a dirty looking yogurt bar they had almost every yogurt machine out of service! Needless to say we will not be coming back!

I had never even seen this place even though I drive by it at least 1 time a week. Someone on a Facebook page said they had a great yogurt bar so I went to try that out. For the record, their yogurt bar left a lot to be desired. Very few flavor choices and the topping choices came right out of a cheap Chinese buffet. The food smelled okay but I will never go there because when I came in no one greeted me or asked if they could help me… they just stood there and looked at me from behind the counter. When I brought my yogurt to the counter to pay the only thing that came out of the girl’s mouth was the price of the yogurt. No «thank you come back» «have a good day» «can I help you with anything’. I expect more from a restaurant if they want my business.

We visited Yogurt Wasted last Sunday with 2 frozen yogurt addicts. Lol. We weren’t impressed with the yogurt or the atmosphere. The employees weren’t very friendly. Maybe we picked a bad day, but we will be sticking to a Sweet Frogs.

The have good food, a little pricy for the portions. Slow service, there was only one other family in the restaurant at the same time. Will come back and give it a second try

Clean, quick service & delicious food! Finally a place my entire family can enjoy. Originally went in for frozen yogurt for the kids but after glancing at the menu & catching a whiff of the aromas going on, we ordered to go. Was not disappointed! The shaking beef looked almost as good as it tasted. Can’t wait to go back!

Love this place. Shrimp phở is my fav here. The service is fair. Imagine a family run establishment. The employees are very sweet and helpful for newcomers to phở. Pad Thai wasn’t bad either. Wish I had room for yogurt too… But never do!

Not bad! But definitely nothing super impressive. They deliver, which is great! I love phở food, so phở delivery in rowlett sounded to good to be true! But all in all I felt like the food was lacking flavor. I had the chicken egg roles with rice wrap, and the rice vermicelli with shrimp and chicken. The chicken in both dishes was pretty bland. Kind of dry and flavorless. The chicken roles were mostly lettuce, however the peanut sauce it came with was awesome! Just didn’t like that I felt like I had to smother it in sauce for it to have flavor. The vermicelli was ok. Nothing bad but again, nothing to make me want to come back to. Thai tea and jelly drinks are the bomb though! Will definitely come back for those.

Great place for Phở and other Vietnamese dishes on the sit down section of the restaurant. The walk up side looks like any other Froyo place with bright plastic furniture. There you can get yogurt, boba tea, etc. The sit down side looks more like a traditional Asian restaurant. The service is good, restaurant is clean, food comes out quickly — a no brainer for a quick meal. I had the Phở and my wife had the vercimelli, we both liked our dishes. You can walk up to the yogurt side to get some Froyo and pay everything together in one check. Rowlett needs more choices of restaurant like these, so let’s keep them here by giving them some business.

What a great place and great food! Tried this today for the very first time. Ordered the mixed rolls(outstanding) and the Shrimp Phở. I will definitely be back again. Nice clean, colorful place. Not very busy. I hope this place does great. Rowlett does not have very many original places to eat. I will definitely be back again.

Went here with my family today since my dad’s friend recommended it. We came in around 4 for a late lunch and it was fairly empty, totally understandable, though, since it was an odd time to eat. I got the house salad, my parents got noodles and my brother got their chicken phở. When our food came out I was so surprised. The salad was HUGE, and it soo different from other salads I’ve had at a phở restaurant. My family’s food was amazing, as well, and we were happy we’ve discovered this place. Also, the service was fast and amazing. Definitely coming back!

Best Phở I’ve ever had. I’m sicky, feel like crap and because I prodded the shop they brought in fresh Vietnamese chili. They grow it themselves! I got the tenderloin and meatball and was NOT disappointed. I chopped up two of the chilis, loaded in my condiments and cleaned the bowl. Flavorful, spicy, warm and comforting. I have my favorite Phở, and I will be back for more, especially as this winter approaches. Thanks for listening to customer feedback and doing something about it. K–
