Bought a new washer & dryer the weekend before with the understanding that the set had to be ordered but would be delivered the following Saturday(which was 4 days ago). Up until Saturday morning, we were still under the impression that the set would be delivered that day and because of that, I gave away our old set on Friday. Finally at about 11am Saturday morning, Lowe’s called to inform us that the set didn’t come in yet and wouldn’t be available for delivery until Tuesday. This was inconvenient since I had already given away our old set therefore, I was not able to do our family’s laundry for almost 5 days. Then the brand new washer they brought was defective and didn’t work at all but they were quick and easy to come exchange it for a different one the very next morning. Anyway, the set was delivered and installed and we are really happy with the washer and dryer and the customer service.
