This place charges me a whole five bucks to deliver to my apartment which is less than a minute away. Not my fault that I don’t wanna get shot or mugged on the way there. #Roxbury

When me and my family first moved to Fort Hill we were happy to know there was a Dominos so close we walk down early and there is never a line. Not until very recently like a couple of months have there been a mass of new people who are completely disinterested in doing there job. Sadly the delivery is now 5 dollars flat I mean we live 10 minutes away yes technically we could just walk and get it but why not calculate shipping according to distance? And my brother told me just yesterday this was the second time he has seen a rat In .The store vent trying to get out so no longer will we be ordering from here sadly. Maybe under new management this store could turn around.

No delivery I tried to call the store I was waiting for someone to answer the phone for almost 30 minutes I tried to call the delivery driver number no answer either stay away from this people

The Honolulu Hawaiian thin crust pizza was DELICIOUS. .I placed my order online for pick up, and it was ready within 25mins. I’m glad I didn’t go by the reviews, it’s best to make your own judgment ;)

You guys. This dominos literally took 2.5 hrs for pizza maker Pete to satisfy me at my door. As I sit in my bed right now contemplating what the pizza driver was doing for the past hour(the app said he left the dominos an hour before he got here,) I am watching WHAS, which is making myjfe slightly better I suppose. This dominos is 1.2mi Fromm house. Like, COMEON. Our feelings are very hurt by this dominos, and we will no longer be loyal customers. 7⁄11 say hello to your new pizza fan club. Furthermore, we specifically paid 75c for ranch dipping sauce, And WHEREISIT?! Maybe the driver ate it on his way here, we’ll never know. If anyone needs me, I’ll be dying of starvation. I placed an order 90 minutes ago and my order has not arrived then I get a mysterious call from someone using a MagicJack number, tried to call back and was unable to reach the«driver» called the store and was told to call back in five minutes, called back five minutes later and was told the driver would arrive in 15 — 20 minutes, I asked to speak with the manager(Rafael) from hearing the girl call his name, and she put me on hold for another 20 minutes, and no my order still has not arrived. Are you kidding me!!! i’ve ordered from this Dominos before and service wasn’ this bad, this is horrible and I want a refund. James

This is my first time domino’s pizza experience. I placed an order online for pick up and it said the order should be ready in 10 – 15 minutes. It’s sounds very good to me. I was surprised for its service. Also, there was a process bar on the website to let you know the status of the order. When the bar reached the point of ready to pick up, I went there and nothing was ready yet. After 25 minutes wait in the store, my food was finally ready. Seriously, kind of disappointed.

WORSTDOMINO’S EVER!!! The service is HORRIBLE!!! The girl that answers and takes the orders is probably one of the rudest people I’ve dealt with when having to place an order. She shows NO courtesy ATALL! We placed an order for delivery, definitely less than a 5 minute drive. The driver shows up an hour later and never gets out of his vehicle. Calls for someone to meet him at his car that has no Domino’s Symbol on it to let us know he was the driver. Never came out to meet us until we called again to deal w «Happy Sally» again smh… We finally get our order inside only to get COLD food. Overcooked and COLD!!! I call back and ask«Happy Sally» for the manager. I have no idea how the manager has managed to keep his job bc his customer service was prob just as bad. He made excuses for the driver and after I repeated the fact that we spend a good amount of money on our order only to receive COLDFOOD was not ok, he decides to credit us for the NEXTTIME. After seeing all the other reviews, I’m glad to see it wasn’t just me being picky. They are horrible so I dont see there being a next time… Where is the Corporate officials to deal w this? This branch is a terrible representation of their franchise!!!

Quick summary for those who don’t want to read: I found a hair in my pizza, they were rude and when I was«compensated» for it, the experience was worse. I’m not a dominos fan in general, but when there’s nothing else a thin crust pizza usually gets the job done for me. It was late one night mid January and I ordered a thin crust pizza. I expected a long delivery wait because they always take forever, and it was about an hour shy of closing time. When my pizza finally got here, it was cold, as I expected. The only upside was I got free cheesy bread that I’m sure the next customer paid for & missed out on. Anyway, I’m eating my pizza and I see a piece of hair. I figured it could be mine, but then when I pulled out the extremely long hair from between cheese and sauce, I knew it wasn’t. I called them and let them know, the girl who answered the phone was rude and basically told me I could wait another 2hrs or take a credit. I assumed she meant credit the charge back to my account. My option was that I could chance another hair in my pizza. A month has passed & today I decided to give it a shot since I didn’t want to pay for any food. Although at first whoever answered the phone seemed like she thought I was lying about the credit, the call & order went smoothly. I got a phone call when the pizza got here and I went downstairs. Now this is in the midst of the back to back snowstorms we’ve been having, so there’s no parking on my street. I go down and see no one. I see a car LITERALLY on the end of my street pulled over with the lights on. Mind you, my streets pretty long. He beeps at me, and I wave him over. He continues to beep at me to come get my food. I have slippers, sweatpants and a t shirt on, I’m not walking in slushy 16 degree weather when I ordered delivery, and all he has to do is drive down. I don’t budge and he finally drives down to my house. He stops and I see him turning my pizza box upside down and the attitude all over his face. He gets out of the car holding the pizza out as if he’s handing it to me from 30 feet away. He sees I’m not moving and comes to my gate, still holding it out, barely comes up one step and slams the box into my hand. As if this pizza wasn’t supposed to be making up for their first disgusting screw up. Alas, despite how quick it came, my pizza was cold and undercooked, and messy from him turning the box upside down. I hate dominos, and especially this one. RUDE.

I order from here regularly, and I usually pick up. So when I was home sick with a cold I decided to order online for delivery. Placed the order with the online app at 7 pm, and waited, and waited, tried calling the store repeatedly and never got a person to pick up. Mind you I live 4 blocks from the place so I got up in my pajamas and went down to check on the situation. The girl at the register was uninterested, and was even snickering at the fact that my voice was hoarse from my cold. They told me right off the bat that all orders were the 2 hour minimum wait. They didn’t know where my order was, by looking it up on the computer and then finally realized it was still waiting on the shelf. I asked for store manager or owner of the store and they said they weren’t allowed to give out contact info. What is that? I’m trying to find the ownership so I can request a refund especially since I paid for delivery and had to come down there after 2 hours of waiting to find my ordef sitting on the shelf. The staff was totally rude and unsympathetic, and I have yet to find out how to get in contact with their managers. Boycotting this location, since they always seem disheveled and in disarray. Don’t need extra attitude with my food order.

Do not order from here. Twice in a row I’ve ordered pizza, not even very late at night, and both times it just never arrived, no call from the store, no call from the driver, it just is not here. The first time I called the next day to find all the orders were simply canceled. Fuck this place

This place is a joke ! Ordered from here once and the order NEVER came. Tried ordering here again last night and not only did it take them forever to get here, but the food was disgusting. Who forgets to cut the pizza first of all??? We also ordered HOT wings and they delivered it PLAIN. Does this place even have a manager ?? I’m pretty sure he/she is a joke just like the rest of the employees. Shut this crap down or hire a new staff who’s willing to do the right things.

You order your food by 7, you won’t get it until 11! Numerous times my husband ordered from here and the food would take so long we usually forget about it. I got so fed up I just didn’t answer the door the last time they showed up because they came 3 hours later! When you try to call to complain or to see where the delivery driver is, they don’t answer the phone. I can’t stand their pizzas any way. Too much salt and garlic. And the thin crust should be less than $ 5 because it’s the thinnest pizza I ever seen!

i love dominos pan pizza i discovered it while i was living in allston and regularly ordered from the allston dominos on the weekends i moved to roxbury and was glad to know there was a dominos not too far however i have been very disappointed because every. single. time. i have ordered. the pizza has come close to 2 hours late. i also like the pizza well done. meaning cooked through. to the point whre its almost crispy. i always call to see if they can do this. the alston location was usually good with requests like this… but whenever i call this location the phone rings for. ev. errrrrr. and they never cook well done for me or bring plates and napkins i always end up with a cold doughy pizza that i ahve to reheat/cook ugh

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this location. I placed an order online at around 10:30PM, found a special that was for a medium pizza and chicken. It said it would take about 45 minutes or so and I was okay with waiting. It arrived on time and when I went out to check the driver game me the pizza and started walking away. I had to stop him because I didn’t get my chicken and showed him the receipt he had just given me and said that’s all he had. I would think a driver or the store would double check to not miss anything before heading out. He tried calling the number on the receipt to get a hold of the store and after a 3 minute wait he hung up and said he would call me back after 15 minutes. After 40 minutes I have not gotten a call and called the store location to get an answer. I was on hold for nearly 10 minutes and someone finally answers. I told him the issue and he said he forgot to give it to the driver, said he was going to send him over again and hung up. This was now past midnight and I just didnt care for the chicken at this point. I would rather get my money back for the food I didn’t get the first time. The driver finally was back at 1AM and I was kept awake to finally get the rest of my food. Never again. This place ruined Dominos for me.

The reviews of this place have taught me one thing… don’t get delivery at 2AM. Everything else though is perfectly acceptable with this Roxbury Crossing location. I’ve been working across the street for a few months and sadly, this area is thin on quick bites to eat. I avoid practically dealing with a single human being throughout the whole transaction by creating my order either on my laptop or smartphone thru the Dominos app. I pay for the order in advance on my card and all I need to do is show up, give my name and they hand me my order. The pizzas have been consistent from what I can see and fresh out of the oven, I usually get the $ 5.99 lunch deal for a 2-topping medium loaded with whatever veggies. I’m not looking for the #1 pizza in Boston, I’m looking for something to hold me over until I get home in 5 hours to make dinner. It is right outside of the T station so perfect for commuters getting in and out. The store itself is super bare bones with a simple counter but who cares? Get in, get out and start chowing on semi-ok pies. PROTIP: PICK-UPONLYHERE!
