Very happy with the selection, I shopped for Christmas gifts & the clerk was super helpful in suggesting things for 3 very different people on my «list». I like the atmosphere, so different & welcoming, compared to a mall or chain store. Great addition the Royal Oak!

I would prefer to give this 0 stars. I recently bought something and went to return it a mere 5 days later. I simply changed my mind and the items were new with tags on and had never been taken out of the bag. When i went to return it I was informed their store policy is to only give store credit no matter what. You can shop elsewhere and get the same items for a better price and also have the option to return and get YOUR money back. Poor policies like this make for slow to no business. The staff was also not friendly and seemed to not know a lot about their product. If you want a pleasant experience and the option to return it and get your money back, go elsewhere.
