This place is tasty and the food is fairly priced. Had a chicken gyro and a lamb gyro today and both were flavorful well presented. For some reason the pita on both gyros became fairly wet, which isn’t normal w most tzatziki. Also, the place is nothing to look at. Definitely not a date night spot or anything, only good for quick bite.

Foods good. Service can be slow depends on time of visit. Gyros and standard Greek dishes. Greek fries are great.

Great staff. When I ask for something specific, they actually do it! It is a great value and great food.

Service slow, lamb kabob was unchewable and expensive for the five little pieces of meat, 12.99 we won’t be back. Oh yeah, French fries were good. Won’t becoming back!

If you’re looking for a nice place to go for dinner, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a pretty good inexpensive Mediterranean meal, you found it. We have ordered from here, as well as eaten in, haven’t had a complaint about the food yet. Hate the flimsy plastic silverware given when you dine in, guys need to buy some real silverware. Very hard to complain about the food or prices.

We really enjoyed our meals. She had the chicken platter and I enjoyed the lamb. The ambiance is minimal and the seating is very basic but you should go for the food.

September 24th2015: My husband and I requested gyros order from the pleasant cashier at the front desk. When the food came out and we start eating a crunchy gyro sandwich; not to mention we were starving, so we ate until we said that’s enough. There’s no taste, the meat wasn’t prepared right, and the food wasn’t hot like the Gyro place in Indian Town in Staurt, FL. The nice lady said come back again, I don’t think so!

This eatery is right in the shopping plaza I do my grocery shopping!!! Finally tried it. It was a Friday evening and my hubby and I ordered takeout. We both had Gyros awesome taste and good size portion. We also ordered lamb, chicken and rice dinner. Good portion also came with a delicious Greek salad, hummus and baked tortillas. Long wait bc we didn’t call ahead!!! Will definitely eat from Gyro’s Kabob Grill again and would recommend it to friends!!!

Overpriced in the first place, but a girl at a counter tried charging 10% extra, saying that the an updated menu did not arrive yet, really? Why didn’t you wait for the new menu to come in prior to price gauging? Place was empty for an obvious reason.

Wow. I don’t know what happened but the food today was sooooo much better than my first visit. I had a desire for Greek and decided to give these guys another shot since they are right by my house. The food was hot, fresh, and very tasty. I had the gyro sandwich with Greek fries. Really good. The meat was hot and juicy and the Greek fries were very tangy. Hummus tastes freshly made and the grilled pita was soft and warm. Very happy to see that my first experience was not the my last experience here. Will definitely be back again.

This place is bomb! Nothing fancy but the food is awesome! We had the Greek fries, chicken gyro and my daughter had the chicken strips and fries! Everything was delish

Great for take out. We haven’t gotten much off the menu other than gyro sandwiches, fries, and Greek side salad, but those are always great. Orders are ready for pickup in 15 minutes and the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Not very good at all. If you are used to «real» Greek and Mediterranean food then this place will disappoint you as well. Too bad. There isn’t a Greek restaurant in the Wellington area and we were hoping this one might be at last the one… nope

True, a hole in the wall, tucked away in a little plaza, but what a find! Inside décor, nothing to speak of. Wait staff, chef etc., helpful and really pleasant! Food, simply awesome! We started with luscious hummus drizzled with excellent Greek olive oil and warm pitas. Followed by chicken kabob’s and the lamb gyro platter, both came with rice and a side of Greek salad. The meat was perfectly cooked, well seasoned and flavorful. The salad was dressed in a tasty Greek vinaigrette with chunks of crisp cucumbers, ripe tomatoes. and red onions. Served along side has to be the silkiest, whipped, tzasiki sauce, the best my son and I have ever had! The only criticism, if you eat in, those cheap plastic forks and knives! Going again tonight!

Not as good as Gyro/Greek options to the North or South(for example: Mr. Gyros(PGA Blvd) or Souvlaki Fast(Northlake Blvd) or Scorpios II and Chris Taverna in Lake Worth. However, Gyro’s will do in a pinch. While the quality of the food is nothing stellar, they do use fresh ingredients and everything is fairly good. However, the Gyro’s are not shaved from a lamb rotisserie, and they don’t have that great taste that you might be accustomed at other Greek restaurants. The quality of the food is not bad, but it’s definitely not on-par with The two owners appear to be the only staff. Normally this is a very good thing because the quality is consistent. In this case, they both appear to be relatively spacey and inattentive. Although they are nice, the food generally comes out a bit slow, and special requests are often missed. Overall, if you are nearby, you probably won’t have a bad meal; however, if you’re just as close to one of the more authentic alternatives mentioned above, I’d go with the others.

Ordered take out from this place because I had been craving for gyros all week, and majority of the reviews here were good. I can’t say anything about the waitstaff, but the person who took my order, etc. was very friendly. I ordered the gyro sandwich with fries and a side of hummus. The gyro was okay — nothing special compared to other gyros I’ve had. The tzatziki sauce was VERY salty though. Holy cow, I went for a chug of water every two bites. The fries were pretty good, although drowned in ground pepper(which I usually do to my fries anyways). The hummus was also decent, nothing special. In short, I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again. While the food isn’t bad, it’s not that great either. It’s a shame because I was really excited about coming here after reading all of the wonderful reviews.

I went because all the reviews on Unilocal were amazing, and you know what, they were and are all spot on perfect. Friendly proprietors half Italian, half Greek. The place is nothing to write about, but the food… As my son said as he was eating his gyro, «Awesome!» ‘Nough said!

This place is a hole-in-the-wall. The only good Greek Food in Royal Palm. The 2 gentlemen who are partners of this place(they’re also the staff) are very nice & hilarious. Aside from the good food, they’re also nice to chat with. Looooovvveee the Gyro Sandwich!!!

Gyros Kabob Grill might not look like much from the outside and the interior is pretty bland but the food is top notch and very affordable. I chose the Gyro Lamb Platter with brown rice and it was great. The lamb was tender and the rice was very flavorful. The salad was extremely fresh and crisp. The staff was very personable and engaging and I will definitely be back the next time I am in West Palm Beach.
