The only reason I went to this place was because my girlfriend is new to town and we were looking for a place for her. I needed a gel fill in. This is not the place to have it done if you need it! They only do acrylic! I wish I knew that before they started to wrap my fingers in foil. Then to have the employee brag how she was taking classes to learn how to do gel manicures and she would know how to by next week! At that point my nails were horrible I had the acrylic put on! What a disaster! The only thing I liked was the color. I asked for a little round she made them all square. They don’t even look real, They look like fake nails! They aren’t even all even! This girl needs to go back to learn everything!!! This will not be the place I will be going to for a gel fill in when she’s done with school! Will you?

Not at all what I was expecting. I chose this place to take two out of town friends to relax and get our feet done based off the reviews and photos. I was disappointed in the over all aesthetic of the place. Its photographs nicely. Their website touts «Our salon provides a cozy environment, top hygiene and the latest in cosmetic nail care services.» WRONG! It wasn’t as tidy as a nail place should be. The floors were dingy and the bathroom was not suitable for patrons. They need to exhibit more care in their cleanliness and hygiene. I am a believer that one reflects the other.
The chairs they have for pedi’s looked comfy and neat but it’s a huge design error. The chairs are over stuffed so you are not able to sit still. The chair also swivels… not good to be moving around when someone has sharp tools at your feet. I am tall, the space from chair to tub was painfully awkward. With my butt in the back of the chair my toes were squished at the front of the tub. Again, cool look but functionally a flop.
The staff was genuinely sweet. But when I spend $ 35 on a pedi, I expect more of a spa like experience. It was weak. It was at best a $ 20 experience.
It is only fair to mention and give them kudos for their website and software they use for booking and confirming appointments. Its is top notch! Just wish the rest was.

Nancy is super friendly and such a talented person! Within minutes, I felt I knew Nancy forever. All the staff is very nice and the ambiance is great! Great music. I brought my family and everyone had a great time!!! Thank you Nail Bar 561!

Being new to the area & having 2 bad experiences in the same town, I was pleased to find this friendly staff. They all speak English which is great in my book. The girls are very accommodating & pay attention to every detail & make your time there pleasurable & relaxing. They also give a complimentary glass of wine. Although the chairs are comfortable they do not the shiatsu massage like everywhere else!

The place is amazing. There are many salon in the area but… THIS ONE IS A CUT ABOVE THE REST! The women here are professional and friendly, the service is high quality, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing spa day. Unlike other salon, Nail Bar 561 does not stink of fumes and it isn’t dark and dreary. It’s bright, the furniture is chic, and everything is CLEAN. See Erika for an amazing acrylic set: she does a great job and your nails will look natural and clean. Prices are right and don’t do this gem justice! Check it out!

Let me preface by saying that I am not a newbie to getting various types of manicures and pedicures. Coming from New York City my expectations for my manicure are high. I’ve looked for a clean salon that does a great manicure and came upon The Nail Bar via Instagram and the photos of others’ manicures looked perfect. Well, the only thing I can say positive about this salon is that it is in fact clean. You can enjoy a glass of vino when getting yourself pampered which is a plus for sure. However, the quality of both my manicure and pedicure were subpar. My pedicure wasn’t very neat, cuticles weren’t cut thoroughly and polish application was a little messy. I got nexgen manicure done for vacation and a week later all the nails were lifting. I was able to pop the nexgen off with no effort whatsoever. It wasn’t a cheap experience either, I paid over $ 60 plus tip for both manicure and pedicure. they actually overcharged me as new clients get a percentage off plus I had a coupon and wasn’t told they aren’t combinable. I contacted the salon immediately upon my arrival and was told they’d give me a credit of $ 12 which was the difference. I decided to give it another go. I ended up with a French manicure (pink and white) nexgen which runs $ 45, they credited me $ 2! I wasn’t going to bicker so I left it at that. Paid and went about my business. I got the nails done for a trip I was going on the following day. My right hand looked ok, my left hand looked worse. The white powder mixed into the pink powder and created an almost ombré like effect whereas the right hand had a more crisp white French line. Not having time to get it fixed I left on my trip. At the airport the next day one nail broke. After 3 days 4 nails broke and after 2 more days they all lifted and again I was able to pop them all off with minimal effort. I contacted the salon again and they said I could come in for another manicure free of charge. I appreciate them trying to rectify the situation but I have zero intention of returning there ever. The quality is horrible and their prices are some of the highest I’ve seen even though they assure me their prices are standard. Wrong. I drove a little south to delray beach and got a manicure (nexgen French) done at Jenny nails, $ 35! It’s been two weeks and I have zero complaints. Perfectly done, no lifting, and I am a mom of two with my hands always in either bath water or dish water or cleaning solutions etc. I suggest looking elsewhere before going to the nail bar. Save your money and your patience.

Not even two weeks later, the color gel is shrinking and is scratched and scuffed like I’ve never seen nails dot his fast and the hard gel has lifted and is cracking. One of the nails has already popped off. I work in clothing retail, it’s not as though I’m rough on my hands or have them in water all day.

Literally the worst my nails have ever looked. I came in with a long coffin shape needing a fill in and 2 nails repaired. As soon as I sat down I could tell the girl didn’t want to be there she was huffing and puffing and complaining about how she had a long day and was tired. My nails are all different lengths and the shape Is all jacked up and the gel polish is staring to peel and it’s only been one day. Beautiful salon wish I would’ve had a better experience. Update: about 4 days later I’m missing 5 nails lol I will never ever return here waste of time and money. Oh btw it was 44 for a refill

Pretty sure I am a first timer at this mani/​pedi thing. The wife got me a gift certificate and said I would love it. She was right. Xiomara was very nice took her time and made me feel comfortable. The owner was also very friendly too. Would highly recommend.

This is such a clean, beautiful salon! Being new to the area I’ve been looking for somewhere like this. The employees are so friendly and next time I’m definitely having a complimentary glass of wine. I’ll be back!

Very professional! It’s beautiful to see a well run nail salon. Everyone working there was polite and friendly. My nail technician Andrea (I think that’s her name) was so good. She was quick and had great attention to detail. And the kicker-​they offer you wine as you’re relaxing!!! I will be back again!

I was looking for a nice clean place to get a pedicure with my best friend for her bday so we walked in w/​o an appointment and they were really accommodating & friendly. Everyone was so nice and I even got my nails done too. Very comfortable and inviting atmosphere, I didn’t feel rushed & my nails & toes look great! The owner came around and was really sweet & made sure my friend had a great birthday pedicure! Will totally go back!

I confess I don’t write reviews ever. And I’m also very picky and am not usually loyal to hairdressers or nail places. But I found Nail Bar 561 and fell in love. I finally found a place, I can be loyal to. I love the atmosphere and the people. Very attentive, and detail oriented, clean, very chic… I highly recommend them.

I’m always down to try a new nail place because I have yet to find one that’s affordable and AMAZING! I decided to try the nail bar as one of my friends posted about it on Facebook. I called 40 minutes ahead of time and they fit me in their schedule. I was set up with Yvett who gave me a pedicure and gel manicure. She also offered me wine.
The spa is very clean and looks so different from regular nail places. They use liners for every pedicure! Yay! I love places that use liners because let’s be honest you can’t trust the way they clean specially when they’re in a rush. Their tools were also very clean.
Yvett gave me a great pedicure and my polish looks great! My nails look amazing as well. My manicure ended with a massage although they were busy and I didn’t feel rushed. Most of the time if I go to a busy place I NEVER get a massage!
This is definitely the place to go! Look at their pictures the place is beautiful! And all the girls are smiling the whole time and look happy to be there. Another plus is they all speak English! :)

This was my second visit to the salon. The place is beautiful and very clean. I had a mani-​pedi my first visit. They even use a plastic disposable liner in the pedi bowl. The girls are wonderful, offering coffee or wine while I relaxed. Went back today for a gel manicure. Utilized my 10% off coupon. I highly recommend this shop!

Great service and a great atmosphere, love the layout of the place and the seats are extremely comfortable. My wife and daughter loved the way the where treated and Iliana the owner was amazing with my daughter. They have found a repeated customer thanks to their service and hospitality.

Very cute atmosphere with very friendly staff. Husband and I had the Signature Pedicure which was amazing! Nancy and Judith did a wonderful job and we were both in relaxation heaven. Much needed for the stressful holidays. The owners were both there and were very friendly and welcoming! I was looking for a great place for nails, facials and all the services I wanted in one place in Royal Palm Beach and I have now found it. I will be back for sure!

Great Experience! Pleasant, clean, relaxing environment and very nice staff. The owner was very polite and Judy did an excellent job on my gel mani and pedi. I do suggest calling ahead of time to make an appt. I will definitely be returning to this salon!
